Learn customer service, learn how to properly close the lobby. Don’t have a whole line of customers, take one and say we are closed. Know this is the rez but do better. I ordered a $9+ meal, the biscuits were rock hard and the portions were meager. We contacted the supervisor and she brushed it off with an “oh well”. Her name was Annie, do not recommend DQ when she is working. You will not have a pleasing experience.

Hardly any smiles or “Welcome” or “Thank you” from 96% of the staff. The food is good mostly because it is only one of the few fast food restaurants nearby. The staff need training in simple customer service. As someone who has worked in fast food and retail I understand some customers can be difficult but NOT ALL CUSTOMERS ARE LIKE THAT. SMILE FOR GODSAKES. -_- I could go further but for now that’s the simplst way to put it. (At least be fake happy damn )

the food is good but the chicken is dry kinda and there was hair in my gravy and sometime when we go through the drive thru it stinks but its really REALLY good when the chicken isnt dry and my gravy is hair free

They’re okay. Food is hit and miss. Somedays I’m satisfied somedays it’s gross. Also, they had mice 4 months ago. Not too sure if they got their problem solved.
