It just opened, and the vibe is amazing, super chic, high-end Japanese aesthetic. The atmosphere is totally on point, making it perfect for a date night! The best part is the service; they were attentive and thoughtful the whole time, making you feel like a VIP. We ordered the A5 Wagyu, and seriously, the marbling was gorgeous. Once it was grilled, it was the ultimate melt-in-your-mouth experience，sweet and unbelievably delicious! Plus, the new store has a super budget-friendly special opening package right now, the value is insane! Promise me you’ll try this place for our next group dinner or date; you won’t regret it!

The Australian M6–7 skirt was another favorite — super flavorful without any sauce. The yukhoe-style beef was also surprisingly good, even for someone like me who rarely eats raw beef.
Even the orange salad stood out — refreshing and perfect for cutting through the richness.
Overall, a solid spot I’ll definitely come back to whenever the wagyu cravings hit.

My partner and I had an amazing experience at this restaurant . The staff was lovely. Daniel was amazing and attentive. Chico was awesome as well! We ordered 3 meats and we loved the Aussie Wagyu best. Yuzu cake and ice cream was very cute and delicious.The Yuzu cocktail was delicious. Definitely coming back.

We ordered their recommended 2–3 person set, and the portions were generous! Every dish was surprisingly good — from the A5 Miyazaki wagyu to the pickled radish, everything tasted incredibly fresh. We loved the veggie sticks so much that we ordered four rounds! The thin-sliced wagyu belly, baby octopus, and stone-grilled beef rice were all excellent. My personal favorite was the fresh squid in the set — I’ve never had squid this tender and springy at any BBQ place before. It had a natural ocean flavor even without dipping sauce!

I came to IWAGYU in Monterey Park and had such a great experience. The A5 Miyazaki Wagyu was the highlight for me. It was insanely buttery and melted in my mouth. We also tried a few other cuts like the top blade and short rib and everything was super tender and flavorful.
Do not skip the wagyu curry rice. The crispy bits at the bottom were my favorite. We ended with the spicy and sour beef soup and it was the perfect finish after all the meat.
The staff was friendly and checked in often, and the service felt smooth from start to finish. They also have a membership promo where if you buy a $29 membership you get a complimentary A5 Miyazaki Wagyu, which is a pretty great deal.
If you are trying to figure out where to eat dinner, I would definitely recommend giving this place a try.
