So their open hours says 12pm on Sundays but everytime I go there on Sunday, little after 12pm they are closed. I see people walking around doing stuff, I called in and they dont answer the phone. One time she did and she said they were getting stuff ready to open. If they are not ready to open at 12 like its says online then they should change the hours. Just a thought

My wife and I love this place! Had a Hispanic coworker tell me about so we tried it out. The ice cream is delicious, and there are a ton of options. You can go with a classic vanilla, or try something more adventurous like cucumber and Chile. Personally I love the sweet rice paletas! Everyone knows The Chief, and in my opinion, La Michoacana > The Chief.

New to the place and I won’t go back. They had really bad customer service, the employee that helped us was so sweet and needed help while the other employee was in the back just standing there playing with her hair(around food).We asked her politely if she could help while the other one was charging us.There was no one in the store but us. She was in a very bad mood and She answered in a rude way that she couldn’t because the other employee would get confused.Which I don’t understand how she’d get confused when we were the only people in there at the moment and all she had to tell her was add the ice cream to the amount.She had a very bad attitude and when we were trying to tell her what ice cream we wanted she literally walked away and left us talking by our selves and walked alway to help someone else that had just walked in didn’t even finish helping us was very rude and we were very uncomfortable. Honestly I do not know why you hire people that don’t want to work, they just want to get paid for standing there doing nothing and when they really have to work they have the worst attitude. If she wants to be lazy and not help other employees she should at least hide from the customers. I recommend people to go to the Tropicana instead and save your self having to take the employees bad attitude. We Went to Tropicana afterwards and best customer service they were so polite and all had a smile on their face all helping each other to get done faster and to help the next customers I recommend Tropicana it is absolutely 100% better with everything especially customer service.

They have a great costumer service. They do not have lactose free ice cream or fresh waters so my husband had to choose to a savory treat. Witch is not what he was looking forward too. The inside was or looked clean but the parking need a lot of attention.

Disrespectful staff and language barriers caused people to make the food wrong. We didnt recognize the error until after we returned home. We returned to get the order fixed and they wanted to charge extra for fixing it. They used the excuse that the person tending does not speak english. They did not want to make it right. Will not be returning because of how rude they were.

They are not transparent with their prices you go in and see prices depending on the scoops, but get charged a different price and don’t give you a receipt. I asked for my receipt noticed they had charged more when I asked they said it was the tax, but there was a tax already charged and when I told them that they said that they had changed their prices on the system and that I was not getting a refund back. That is very bad customer service, ripping people off is not ok, they don’t honor their own prices. And they also have a sign saying if you pay cash or gift card there is automatic discount of 3.99% but that also was not reflected on receipt.
