So cheap! The toppings are weighed in grams! You would think they are dealing narcotics for the five leaves of spinach that constituted a topping on a foot long.
When you order a free sandwich the guy basically suggested that they don’t have to give the same service. I pointed out that I tipped (in app) and he did not seem to understand or worse, never receives the compensation. This also tells me that it’s poorly managed.
If you see a five star review, let’s say it’s the owner, or someone associated with this business.

I don’t like posting negative reviews but this place has EARNED it! Zero stars if I could. I understand that businesses have “off days” but this place seems to be off all the time! Lettuce looked old and they are extremely stingy when it comes to any and all vegetables with the exception of the old lettuce. They also charge $0.10 a bag but they don’t mention this and still give you a bag but I believe they charge $0.10 by default. Seriously a small paper sandwich bag for $0.10.

This place is a RIP OFF. These people are stingy beyond belief. I asked for spinach on my sandwich and the guy behind the counter put 4 leafs on it. Asked for more and he said it would be extra – insane! I asked for cucumbers & he put 2 on there. The woman behind the counter had a nasty attitude when I asked if I could have more than 2 tiny triangles of cheese on my sandwich, and asked me (no exaggeration) 4 times if I wanted cookies or chips, which I didn’t.
$14 for a garbage sandwich. Looking at the other reviews, I should’ve known better. Absolutely terrible.

They rip you off with meat. Footlong italian, chips and drink was $16.xx. The meat is thin and space it out to just cover one side of bread. I wanted alittle of every veggie and he put mostly lettuce and 2-3 pieces of other veggies

If I could give -20 stars, I would not only did this man who made my sandwich not speak any English when I said no mayo five times he loaded it on my sandwich. The audacity of this woman, especially since I could’ve turned around and said to her how’s that transition going.. You know from male to female because you look like a man, but I didn’t did I! I kept that opinion to myself. At the end of the day, you don’t go up to someone and say that to them you have no idea what they are going through, especially in customer service!!! this woman is in the wrong position. After speaking to the owner. I still don’t feel right what she did because after the fact when I told her I am not pregnant, she laughed in my face and said oh sorry never mind. I do not recommend this place. They literally body shame you! That woman should look at her overweight self in the mirror before talking about anyone else

Just left this place absolutely disgusted. There was a hair in the vegetables that made it onto my sandwich, which I luckily noticed before he closed the sandwich. Then, went to wash my hands in the worst bathroom I’ve ever encountered. It was filthy, trash everywhere, no soap, and a clogged toilet. When I went to fill my fountain soda cup with ice, there were chunks of mold in my cup. Black mold. And the employees brushed it off like it was nothing. I’m horrified. I will never come back here again, no matter how hungry I am.
