I regret to say that my experience at this Japanese restaurant was disappointing. Despite being one of the few options available, the quality of the food did not meet expectations, with freshness lacking and taste failing to justify the prices.
Moreover, the lack of customer service skills displayed by both employees was concerning. When I made a simple request to enhance my soup, one employee negligently handled the situation by placing dirty cloths on the dish without offering a replacement. Both staff members demonstrated unprofessional attitudes when approached, leaving a lasting impression of dissatisfaction.
Not recommend to avoid similar disappointment.

The food was decent but not that feeling. I brought a mini hotpot but no noodles were a bit suspicious. Nonetheless it’s an okay place. Can visit if you want, recommend trying others. First.

One of the few sushi restaurants in Cameron Highlands and it turns out to be a huge disappointment. The salmon slices on my aburi sushi were so tiny that it can barely cover the rice. I can barely feel that there was salmon on the sushi when I put it into my mouth. It almost feels like I’m eating plain rice. The salmon roll looks just as bad as it taste. Lastly, the rice of its Don is overcooked and it tasted exactly like plain rice instead of sushi rice. I’m sure I can do a better job with my rice cooker at home.

You can deny all you want but these are the items I bought from your shop. I’m not sure if you’re pretending to be innocent or you really don’t even know what’s on your menu. FYI, please check your menu roughly 6 months ago (before you start questioning, please check a place on Google map called Susan, it was your ‘original’ place on Google before you make a new one & my original review was there as well as other ‘poor’ reviews). As for your salmon, fresh salmon directly imported from Norway doesn’t mean you can have the best texture and taste as there are more to it. Photo doesn’t lie, you can look at the size of the salmon on the sushi, simply pathetic. I hoped you could improve in 6 months time but so far based on your attitude, I highly doubt it.

Jus had dinner here, we ordered hotpot for 2 pax set and many sushi here. One of the most satisfied for sure the fried chicken japanese curry.

Went there for lunch before my bus depart. The ambience is not really nice. The food also not so nice. Just so-so. Ordered Udon and got corn inside. Corn taste a bit sour, bit afraid to eat since the taste is slightly sour. The soup of udon also very plain and no flavour. Ordered some sushi, sushi is so very disappointed. Sushi rice is plain and not stuffed well. Service is just nice. But staff is a bit unprofessional as she’s making video call while working there. Wish there’s some improvement on the foods.

Delicious halal hotpot!!! There are options for regular sized hotpot or mini hotpot. The mini hotpot was perfect for lunch, we added on noodles and extra meat. Highly recommend.
