SO DISSATISFIED. Came in to order food. A guy working was washing dishes with gloves on and then come to fix my food with the SAME GLOVES. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! GROSS. I didn’t say much to not cause a scene, but if I get sick. I know who to point my finger too. Smh. Do better.

Stood here for 12 minutes while they milled around and did nothing. Every African American customer was served promptly and kindly, while the two Caucasians in the restaurant were ignored. My order was placed 25 minutes in advance, and several people who ordered at the counter got theirs before me. Abysmal service, abysmal employees.

This location is listed as open 24 hours, but that appears to be inaccurate. I have visited multiple times between approximately 12:00–12:30 AM and customers are left waiting with no service while employees leave the building without informing anyone the store is closed. No orders are taken after midnight. Please update the hours to reflect actual operations.

If I could leave NEGATIVE stars, I would! We got food from this location tonight. I had ordered a Spicy Chicken sandwich combo with fried onions added on it. 1st, they put RAW onions, NOT fried. 2nd, my chicken, on my sandwich?…..was RAW!! I had to spit it out, wash my mouth out and PRAY I don’t get salmonella from it!! They were OUT of chicken nuggets AND BBQ sauce too! Smh. I don’t understand!! I appreciate the hard work of some of the workers… but that’s just disgusting as far as what happened with the chicken. I NEVER comment… good or bad! Never! But this… SMH. It was just too much. ugh

My order was ready, yet the staff just stood around looking at each other instead of handing it to me. All I ordered was a simple double stack burger, but the interaction felt very awkward. It came across like they had an issue with me personally, possibly because of my skin color, which left me feeling singled out and very uncomfortable. Will not return.

Really clean restaurant! I have seen a lot of Wendy’s and this place tops it! Cleanest one I’ve seen so far! Team was cleaning in between orders and were very friendly and helpful when ordering! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Extremely disappointing experience. When I first approached the counter, I was completely ignored by the staff. I decided to download the app and placed a mobile order for pickup. After waiting 26 minutes, my order simply disappeared from the system—no one had started preparing it.
Out of the six employees on shift, only one noticed something was off and mentioned to a coworker that an order seemed to be missing. The employee who let the mobile order go unprepared finally acknowledged me, asked “xxx Mobile order?” I confirmed, and only then did he start preparing the food—no apology, no urgency.
Meanwhile, other customers who ordered after me were served before me, and the drive-through was barely busy. Despite being a great location, this level of service was unacceptable.
To make things worse, I ordered a kids’ meal with a cheeseburger and fries, but received four chicken nuggets instead.
I won’t be returning.
