I’m not one to make reviews, but this was not it. I intentionally wanted to put 0 stars but I guess that’s not even an option. I ordered a Vanilla sweet cream cold brew with Light salted caramel cold foam, not a crazy order, along with two other drinks… The girl who took my order (glasses & red-ish hair) was already sounding annoyed from the start of me giving her my name. I drove up to the window, she charges me, and proceeds to make my drinks. Once she opened the window, she gave me a different amount to pay (even though i paid already). I let her know “I already paid” after her having a stare down, and she didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, as one who works in customer service would. She just handed me the drinks and didn’t say anything afterwards. No “Thank you”, “Have a nice night”, etc.
The very first sip I took of my drink, I immediately spit it out… there wasn’t a taste of vanilla, didn’t taste like any caramel, nor did it taste like coffee at all. All I could taste was SALT before and after scooping out the cold foam. I understand I ordered LIGHT salted caramel cold foam… it definitely wasn’t light, and it was definitely salty. Horrible service & horrible drink.

I go here everyday, always such a busy store no matter what time I go. What I love is the drive through can be 10 cars ahead of me and I never wait more than 10 minutes. They bust em out in there fabulous baristas. I enjoy seeing my norms daily although I do miss hearing miss London on the speaker. She was incredibly friendly and knew me by voice on day 3 of going there.
I always get a birthday cake pop for the baby, hot white mocha, or brown sugar shaken espresso with ungodly specifications. Never a complaint and always tastes on point. By far my favorite Starbucks in town.

I very seldom leave reviews but this location is horrible. I order a Venti Iced Green Tea(plain or sweetened) and a Grande Pike Coffee(plain) in the morning after leaving the gym around 5:30. Every day I wait at the window for 6+ minutes for plain drinks. They don’t come to get my payment, don’t tell me they’re working on it. I’ll watch my drink sit on the counter and there are no other customers.
Today I waited 6 minutes and then just left. My plain iced tea cup was still sitting on the counter when I left. Bad service here.

It sucks I have to drive to 24th street if I want Starbucks on a day off. Ladies are rude and never have I had clumps in my drink, $10 poured down the drain.

We sat at the speaker, never once we heard, we’ll be right with you or anything. We sat there for like 5 minutes, and then we just pulled forward. We figured we’d order the window.And once we got to the window, she shut the window and turned her back on us to never return.So we left. I’ve never been treated so rudely in the drive through in my life.I will not return to this starbucks ever.

I have been to this location for coffee the last three days. Two out of the three coffees ordered did not taste normal. I don’t know if whoever is making them are putting their own spin on the iced coffees or what. They don’t taste good. Huge bummer.

Mid don’t ever go on a Saturday or you’ll be stuck there for over 45 minutes. We missed because of it. Also that zesty skinny guy with the pony tail that works there is extremely rude and argumentative. Horrible customer service. He gives star bucks employes a bad name.

3.7 stars is well deserved! I decided to grab some coffee because I have a long day ahead of me. I ordered what I always order which is the iced caramel macchiato with oat milk. Simple right. My order was ready so I picked it up and headed out the door. I began examining it and I noticed that it wasn’t all the way to the top. Whatever no biggie. Then I give it a taste ok it’s good so I go to mixed the creamer and coffee by swirling the cup around. Some coffee spelled out wasn’t sure where it was spilling from so I slowed down and kept swirling. More coffee spilled so I look closer and the lid wasn’t even on. I look even closer and there wasn’t even any caramel not even a smudge. I’m in my work uniform so had it spilled all over me I would have been sitting in coffee until my shift ended which isn’t until 11pm. I don’t want to play the race card it’s even sad I have to consider that but this is the world we live in. They were not that busy it’s 3 in the afternoon so there is no way they should have missed any steps while making my tall iced caramel macchiato. I work hard for my money and I love spending it but when it comes to these establishments they need to get it together.
