I wish my husband and I went sooner. First , food is amazing, beautiful presentations from cocktails to dishes and not your typical just protein and potatos , more choices so refreshing with reasonable portions. Secondly.. service was great! Gabriela was funny and bubbly. Im glad I took her advice with the appetizer. great service, tfrom the food runner to the manager..we will look for her next time! Lastly the vibe, chic decor, not pretentious and not to loud. Definitely our new spot in Lake Nona!

My husband and I stopped by this Peruvian restaurant today as a walk-in, and everything from start to finish was absolutely outstanding.
Our server, Gabriela, was excellent — very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Since it was our first time there, she asked all the right questions and gave us great recommendations. She truly did a fantastic job and made us feel so welcome.
The food was exquisite. We started with the Ponle Corazón (beef heart skewer) — no photo this time, but it was delicious. Then we shared the Trio de Ceviches, and each one was incredible — fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor. My husband had the fried fish, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned.
For drinks, I had a Niebla Andina, a tequila-based cocktail with a sweet and citrusy passion fruit twist — honestly, world-class! My husband ordered the Inca Rey (whiskey-based), and it was just as good.
We ended with alfajores and a cappuccino for dessert — the perfect sweet touch to finish an amazing meal.
Everything was 10/10 — service, food, drinks, and atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back soon and will happily recommend this restaurant to everyone we know.

First time visiting! We had some cocktails, croquetas de ají de gallina, the rissotto a la huancaina (to die for!) and the ceviche clásico.

Wow!!! This place was amazing!!
It was a first time visit for us, and this restaurant is located in a well-lit shopping strip on Narcoossee, just a few minutes from the 528. This place was a vibe, so much so that we are actually supposed to go to a neighboring restaurant last night; however after driving past this place, we had to change our plans.
The food was exceptional. Between my wife and I, we split 1 entree and shared an appetizer. My wife isn’t very adventurous when it comes to eating but for whatever reason caved in when the server suggested their octopus as an appetizer. That appetizer was super unique!! It was basically this extremely thin octopus swimming in this very delicate layer of ceviche, with an accompanying side of wantons. For our entree we ordered the Rissoto with braised beef. This was most excellent with a very flavorful 8-hour slow cooked beef with a sweet flavor, whose flavors were contrasted by the very amazing rissoto.
I initially ordered a Coke, but ended up trying their Peruvian crème soda which was maybe the best crème soda I’d ever tried! My wife ordered a sweet rum that was red and had this awesome smoke bubble on it as it was presented to the table.
Our server, Gabriela (Gabi) was very friendly and most assistive and patient as we asked a few more questions than normal as we’d never tried Peruvian food before. She was pretty attentive to our table and remained kind and professional.
We were so happy last night after our dinner that we went ahead and booked our daughter’s 18th birthday dinner here for early March when we’ll bring 18 of our relatives from out of town back here to enjoy what we did last night.

My first visit to Pisco but certainly will not be my last. The food was amazing – the balance, the quality, the taste, the serving size – all of it was spot on. The cherry on top of the dinner however was Gabby, our server. Server doesn’t cover what she did – she was our experience facilitator. She made recommendations, she educated us on the various dishes, she timed the meal – she was the best server I have ever had – at any restaurant. Food, service and atmosphere were all 5++++. I live in Seattle but I will be back – as soon as possible.

This place was excellent. The reviews are definitely legitimate, The food was excellent with a nice variety of things. It’s a little bit difficult to understand some of them but the service was great. They explained everything and I actually ordered the wrong dish by mistake. It was my fault and they were kind enough to be very polite and fix it. No arguing or questions asked our server Daniela was exceptionally friendly and nice and we’d highly recommend for any occasion.
