Pregnant and came in to grab a little snacky- food is to be as expected- so would give a good rating for consistency within the brand- here is what is not okay- there are 2 restrooms, 1 is labled “out of order” and both are locked- i went to the counter and asked for the key- i was told that one is for employees only- when 1 is out of order employess get their own bathroom- i said im pregnant and think if you give people a place to sit and eat they need to have access to a restroom in CA- i was then told There are too many “homeless people” who come in and break the toilets- so I very much doubt that bathroom is out of order and think this is likely because they don’t want to clean- and Secondly- SHAME ON YOU Del Taco!!! For not teaching employees- everyone who is paying is a customer regardless of housing status- they are PEOPLE dealing WITH homelessness- and sorry you sell items on the menu for $1 and some need somewhere for a cheap eat- paying people are customers- regardless of status-

I just made a complaint on your site. Your establishment is very bad the food was cold the fries were horrible. Everything very cold.
It’s supposed to be a 24 hour facility and all the lights were practically off. I tried ordering a burger and your staff insisted on telling me the grill for the burgers were down for cleaning seems like that happened to me before. It’s a 24 hour restaurant why are grills down. Just very unhealthy food this morning.

This place is really turned it around over several years it was a real mess about 7 years ago but now with new workers there they been working there for like 3 years now but they are great they keep the place clean I don’t know how they do it with only two workers they’re always very nice no matter if you come off the streets really good hard working nice people work there I think they are all from the same family but wow they really do make u feel at home super chill spot

Food is good , they treat you nice, they have reasonable prices, I definitely recommend the honey chipotle bbq brisket quesadilla it tastes really good, I like the chicken del carbon tacos.

Everything was fine at first, went through the drive thru which had good and fast service. I get up to the window and I notice my price is a little higher than what was given to me through the box. I ordered the Cali Bacon burrito with chicken and a medium fry and drink but when I got home and bit into my burrito, it was made with steak. I thought it was an honest mistake at first. But as I took another bite, that’s when I realized it was an entirely different burrito. At this point it was to late to go back since I was already home and 2 bites into this burrito. I also realized that I wasn’t given a recipt either to make sure everything was correct. Everything else about this location is solid just please double check before giving out orders. You guys still make a great burrito that slaps but I really was looking forward to that Cali Bacon burrito.

I generally love Del taco, I think their food is great, but not at this Del taco. It is bad enough when you pay $.60 to put sour cream on a $.79 taco but when they put just enough in the taco that you can see it but not taste it, it shows they just don’t care. This place sucks.

Just ordered, the manager barely handed me the bag and drink then shut the window, I’m trying to put my drink down in the cup holder and she opens the window saying is everything okay in a rude manner not because she was genuinely concerned…insane! Del Taco I think it’s a good call to put this staff through a customer service training.
