Stopped in for the first time and had a great experience. The atmosphere is welcoming with a really positive energy, and the customer service stood out right away.
The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave great suggestions that ended up being spot on. It’s clear they know their menu and genuinely care about the customer experience.
The food was excellent – fresh, well prepared, and full of flavor. Places like this are exactly why I enjoy supporting small local businesses.

Carson and Tony were here today to greet me with a smile.
I ordered an iced vanilla latte with Carson who was helpful and engaging.
The coffee and bagels here are always so good.
The atmosphere is very chill with lots of plugs for your computer.
A different customer came in while I was here and they were very kind and patient with them even though they were not very kind.
I can’t speak highly enough of Carson and Tony as well as the rest of the team. This is my favorite local spot.❤️

I love the consistency between each James Oliver location. My husband and I were so excited when we learned James Oliver was opening a location in Trenton. The Trenton location didn’t disappoint, same great service, friendly faces, yummy bagels, biscuits and treats.

Ordered the Chai hot and an everything bagel with cream cheese. The Chai was perfect, not super sweet like some other places! The bagel was amazing! Soft on the inside and a little chew on the outside. The staff was very nice and made recommendations.

This is such a nice and cozy spot! Not only is the atmosphere awesome, but their gluten free biscuits are INCREDIBLE! It is super thick and tastes amazing, which is very rare to find when it comes to GF food. I love this place!

My onion bagel was amazing as was my vanilla cappuccino. Would be nice to have cappuccino in different sizes. Overall, a great experience and I will be back

Really small, not much for seating and the places was sooooo hot it was uncomfortable. The girls had their phone hooked up to Bluetooth and the dings from notifications were obnoxious. The choc cookie was good and the turkey sandwich was fine but the bagel was so hard to eat my jaw was sore after. Wasn’t thrilled that prices and ingredients are posted anywhere. My London fog was horrible tho. Tasted like water with some milk stirred with lavender. I wasn’t happy about that one. Also…you’re not doing me any favors by filling it up so high that I can’t even walk the drink to my seat without spilling it all over my hand. I won’t be back but hopefully this place gets better.
