lovely restaurant for any occasion whether it’s a quick bite and drinks for happy hour, a classy date night, family dinner, or a place to have an impressive business meeting, this is where i would personally go! i haven’t been this impressed by a restaurant in a longgggg time especially in salem, i no longer have to travel to portland just to enjoy a nice night out, i would love to catch a play before hand at the theater next door sometime, this place truly has a charm of its own and my servers justin and lilliana were too kind! their drink menu is also so delectable! can’t wait to eventually try everything on the menu! if i could change one thing it would be their availability! they’re constantly booked so i highly recommend making a reservation especially on the weekend, good luck! and try the fried cauliflower! yum! definitely the talk of the town my pharmacist has even coincidentally been here!

Had a great lunch here with my dad. Nice restaurant design. Our waiter was a co-owner. All the food and drinks were very good. They were able to serve honey and lemon with the tea. Deviled eggs had some kick. The cauliflower bites went fast. Risotto – excellent. I would say the only thing was that my mashed potatoes were a bit on the cool side by the time they hit the table (plate didn’t seem warm) but the waiter apologized for the delay (which actually didn’t even seem like much of a delay to me). I’m a fluffy person and didn’t fit into the booth but they put two tables together for us.

Very delicious restaurant! Love that the restaurant has standard classic dishes and rotating options. We tried the sliders, ceviche, Cuban sandwich, salmon with risotto and the panna cotta. Every dish oozed with flavor.

Noelia is absolutely amazing truly the best service I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I walked in for my first visit, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The food was incredible fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with so much attention to detail. You can taste the quality in every bite.
What really stood out to me was how involved the chef is. It’s rare to see that level of care and passion you can tell they genuinely value their customers and take pride in what they serve. The entire staff was warm, attentive, and professional, creating such a great overall atmosphere.
If you’re thinking about coming here, do it. You will not be disappointed. This place is a gem, and I can’t wait to come back. For the drink I got Blueberry Lavender Spritz and the Wicked Shrimp pasta

We are here on a Sunday around 4 for the first time based on other reviews and it did not disappoint! WOW the flavors, the atmosphere and the service were perfect. Fancy with a laid back vibe and dress code. I had the salmon and I can’t even begin to describe the flavors of the salmon, buttery with a perfect sear to it. As my grandkids would say chefs kiss. We will be back.

From the moment we arrived, the experience felt personal and elevated. We were taken care of by Victor, the chef and co-owner, who was incredibly warm and engaging. It was definitely the most welcome I’ve felt at a restaurant in a long time. We ordered a variety of dishes to share, and each one was delicious:
– Ceviche – not what you might typically think of when you think ceviche but delicious nonetheless, with fresh guacamole and shrimp
– Pecorino Fries with Black Garlic Aioli – I need the recipe for the aioli because it was like no other aioli I’ve had. Amazing.
– Carbonara – Lots of bacon. I don’t know if I need to say anything else (except that it was mouthwateringly delicious)
– Wagyu Burger – best burger I’ve had in a long time. Juicy, savory, sweet, and just a little bit spicy… so good!
– Cocktails – ordered the Caamel Appletini and Marionberry lemon drop and both were well made and tasty.
– Nitro Stout Brownie – You can never go wrong with brownies and ice cream. Seriously delicious, and loved the Heath toffee pieces on it.
The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable while delivering amazing food, incredible service, and a warm personality. Definitely recommend for date nights, dinners with friends, or any meal where you want great food and great energy. Already planning my next visit.

A must Dine. This is a new restaurant in the heart of downtown. Christine the bartender was polite and very accommodating.
Victor was great! He provided a welth of knowledge over all food related questions and actually knew the ingredients. Bonus!!! Food was Hot & Fresh, everything was actually top notch.
We cannot wait to come back and see how round 2 fairs.

Served by Victor, one of the owners and had an amazing meal! Started with the Poblano spinach dip. So decadent and cheesy! Be careful though it’ll fill you UP! Came with chips and pita- absolutely delicious. I was torn between the Cubano and smash burger…… ordered one of each to share! The Cubano was amazing. House made mustard and pickles. Slow roasted pork and just SO good! My husband ordered the smash burger which was also fabulous! Such amazing flavors! So glad to see Salem gaining some amazing chefs! The interior is stunning-very art deco and classy! Enjoyed a great conversation with Victor, one of the owners! So down to Earth and will definitely visit many more times! They also have a speakeasy downstairs! Thank you for such an amazing meal!
