I’m biased, I already do not like subway that much but besides the food at the px and defac, this is the only other choice at Camp Atterbury. Glad it was there but the service is slow and the 2 of the males that were working there seemed to like to gossip and stop their work to look at their phones and continue to gossip. Guess since they are the only option they don’t care about customer service.

The two younger guys working complained about having to be there right infront us. Making faces when we ordered sandwiches they didnt wanna make apparently, only had 3 meats and 4 vegetables on the line. I get it, they had just opened the door but theres no reason that they shouldve opened with having over half of the menu frozen or “they were out”

I was in there yesterday and spoke with the GM, she was explaining to me the issues she is having maintaining staff. The hours on the door say they open at 9 on Sunday and I watched the employees enter the building at 8:50 am. I went over at 9:05 to give them time to set up and prepare for the day. I was motioned by an employee on the inside that they dont open until 10, I also took note that they flipped their sign on the front door with the hours around so you could no longer see that they are supposed to be open at 9. This is unacceptable when we are working soldiers and need a quick easy meal.

The staff is always really nice. Every time I have been here it has been very clean. This is so easy to get to and lots of parking. Plus if you come in anytime with their reusable cup it is only 20 cents.

Hours listed online stated that they close at 8:00pm on Sunday. Walked several miles to the restaurant to learn that they close at 4:00 on Sundays. Incredibly frustrating!

Employees were not happy to be at work. Place was ok clean not the best. If you have been in the field for 5 days its a 5 star. If your in the barracks its a 4 star, if your passing through its a 3 star.

Clean fast and friendly. Like any other subway, they can toast your sandwich and put on all your favorite items. I got the turkey sub. The staff worked well together and I was in and out in a flash.
