Got the lemon pepper wings. They were very delicious. And this was a Sunday night and they were very busy. Which means good restaurant.Got Takeout tried to call it in but they said they was not taking call in orders. Took about 20 minutes and they were busy.Been looking for a good wing Restaurant found one.

This was my first time visiting this Wingstop, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The wings were not fried as expected, they appeared broiled or cooked without any batter. When I returned because part of my order was missing, the food was still poorly prepared: the wings were undercooked and the fries were cold. On top of that, the attitude from the employees was unprofessional and unwelcoming.
I spent $60 on this order, and it felt like a complete waste of money. With so many options available, I could have gone elsewhere and received much better food and service. Especially in today’s climate, where restaurants are struggling to stay open, customer service should be a top priority. I will not be returning to this location and will be leaving a Google review to share my experience. I already left feedback on the contact us page on wingstop.com

After my initial disappointing visit, I was contacted the next day by the General Manager, Charquavious Goodman. (my apologies if name spelled incorrectly) He offered a genuine apology and provided clarification regarding some of the food items I ordered. Most importantly, he took responsibility and worked to resolve the issue.
I truly respect management that follows up and values customer feedback. Thank you for making it right.

The food was okay. Of all I tried, the classic garlic parmessan wings were the best. The fries were tasty but had salty patches. The app was easy to use. My food was ready as promised. My order was accurate. The veggies were fresh and delicious. The mild Boneless wings had some salty patches. My son enjoyed his lemon pepper traditional wings. I ordered 3 8 piece wing combos and my bill was $44+change.

The cashier Gloria is very sweet and friendly, going out of her way to assist by cleaning a hazard in the parking lot for safety. The store was very clean and they had nice music playing. The food was great and reasonably priced. I got the boneless wings and they were crispy and freshly cooked.

Walked in the employee asked me if I was ordering.. I said yes and she asked me if I could order online like I’m not already there?? The app said it would be ready at 6:03 so I walk in at 5:57 and wait for them to call my name 20 mins go by and they ask me what the name for my order was and it was sat to the side cold and she said it’s been ready.. on top of that I wanted ranch nothing fancy didn’t ask for too much just ranch and got blue cheese that I never wanted to try and my fry’s came with no seasoning like they are supposed to! all that could have been avoided if they just took my order like they did everyone else. If I wanted to order online and have cold food I would have done that before I left the house..

Ordered food arrived 10 minutes after should of been done, still not finished. Almost an hour after it said it should of been done. Estimated times on website are extremely unaccurate. Please fix this so that people don’t waste time ordering online expecting the food to be ready or almost ready and having to waste time at the facility. The point of ordering food ahead of time is to minimize the time spent waiting at the facility because people have other things to do then wait almost an hour after estimated time.
