Worst subway I’ve ever ordered from. Unfortunately I put the trust that they’d follow the instructions of an online ticket that you have to read in order to build the sandwich but it seems they took advantage of me not being in front of them. Hardly any chicken meat on my sub. Didn’t follow instructions with the amount of veges or sauces. Didn’t even appear to be toasted. Sandwich looked empty before I opened it. Not worth ordering a foot long. I order from subway plenty, gave this subway a chance to benefit for a promo because my local subway doesn’t honor promos. Worst decision ever. I’d rather pay full price then get a sandwich that looks like this, or better yet make a sandwich at home. I will never order from here again.

The food was good, but if the staff can’t even understand basic English it’s a nightmare ordering a customized sandwich. So I then ordered a standard menu item and she waited for me to tell her what to put on the standard menu item, starting the language barrier all over again.

It’s SUBWAY time !! Very nice and clean inside. Taste as usual like subway standard. Enough space for friends and family. Little busy at lunch time, though employees are very efficient to handle rush hour. Waiting time is reasonable. Very friendly. Whenever some customer left from table they immediately clean the table. Nice location. Enough parking space.

Employee named Kavitha was rude today. I’m a regular at this restaurant and I usually have an okay experience. I ordered an online pickup order for my kids’ lunch at day camp, it was already paid for. The lunch time at daycamp changed and I had a need to pick the order 35 minutes earlier then the scheduled time. I wasn’t able to reach the store by phone to explain things and you cannot cancel/edit orders online so I decided to go to the store and ask if they could make it earlier. Kavitha was at the front counter, I was trying to explain to her the situation. She said she didn’t have a ticket for my order and acted smug. After some back and forth she asked for the order number and my name,at one point it sounded like she said “so, you don’t know your name?” And behaved like I was trying to rip them off. Luckily, there was a really nice employee that helped out and we got it all sorted. But Kavitha could be nicer, be patient and listen to the customers before passing any judgment.

The employees at this store are very rude, always speak to customers in a condescending tone. The hygiene of the employees is also questionable, there is this person who always wears a mask, on the heavier side, not only is this person rude but does not seem to practice cleanliness. Wont be going here again, have been a regular customer for more than 20 years at this location but last 2 or so years have been very bad.

This is now my 3rd bad experience at Subway on Nuckols RD. 1st time, lady was leaning over and her apron was rubbing against the sub bread she was preparing for me. Nasty. 2nd time, there was a dust bunny on my bread when I unwrapped it. Disgusting. 3rd time, ordered a salad. They couldn’t even get that right, barely any lettuce in it. I looked at my receipt after the fact and was charged for extra meat when I didn’t ask for it. I’m so over it! I work in the area so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but imma just have to go on over to jersey Mike’s. They never disappoint me there.

Amazing customer service, I went during lunch and it was very busy but the workers were doing an amazing job. There was one worker named Vasanta she was very kind, helpful, and patient when I had a big family order. The place was very clean and had friendly employees.

I usually love Subway but I had a very bad experience today. The main lady in charge spoke to both her employees and all the customers (including people who merely stopped by to pick up their online orders) in a very condescending way telling us to “go faster” and groaning very loudly/yelling if people asked questions. I could tell that the employees working today were new and still learning but every time they made a mistake, she would give them a stare and yell at them in front of everyone. It was very slow service, but since the employees seemed new I had no problem with this and more of a problem with the lady in charge. It made for a very negative environment and all the other customers were complaining of the same thing. I had an absolute terrible experience. I will drive the extra few minutes but go to a different Subway from this location next time.

My now sister in law ordered a party platter so we could have lunch while we were setting up her wedding venue and feed the wedding party it was ordered 1 or 2 days in advance and it was paid for in advance also it was to be picked up at 12 noon Saturday 4/9! I headed to Subway to pick it and they looked at me like I was crazy. Then either manager of the store asked the associate if she made and blurted out no I forgot so standing there in awkward silence with 8 other customers in the store! she through her hands up and didn’t even offer to make it! I left so mad then called my sister in law and they refused to refund her money until Monday.. Don’t go here the manager was rude and had no care for the customer.
