If I could give zero stars I would this was my first time and last time I’ll ever order from here! I got pizza, breaded mushrooms that were burnt to all hell, a caprese salad lol what a joke I’ll add pictures below and a Teramasu cake.. it came squashed this place is not my go to ever again and after calling and complaining they said they will give me a discount of 35% off.. not including my food was ordered and didn’t come for hour and half

Got delivery and would appreciated if they sent the brushetta on the side , not on the bread. It got soggy. Next time I’ll ask for it on the side.

WORST customer service I have ever received. We ordered our food through the app which is encouraged when you call the store. I ordered a chicken and broccoli rabe wrap instead of the Kaiser roll. It came on a roll. Okay not a huge deal. However we also ordered veal Marsala. It came with the pasta on the side but the pasta had red sauce on it. I have NEVER see Marsala served with a red sauce. When I called to request a side of plain pasta, the woman I spoke to said that I would have to pay for it because that is how they serve it. We have never ordered pasta from there before and never will again. Nowhere on the menu did it say the Marsala was served with a side of pasta with another type of sauce. She spoke over me the whole time I was asking for the food to be replaced. When I asked for a manager, she told me she was the person in charge. I asked the name of the owner and she said they were a corporation. When I asked for her boss’s name, she said she didn’t know. YOU DON’T KNOW THE NAME OF YOUR BOSS? Unbelievable. She had someone from the app call us back. He then explained the menu as she requested which was hilarious because he couldn’t even pronounce the items from the menu. The woman was RUDE. If you are hungry and I’m this area, choose ANYWHERE else. Do not order from this place. Extremely disappointed.

This was possibly the worst meal I have ever had from a restaurant. I ordered Broccoli and Chicken Alfredo and the chicken was just pieces of cartilage. The broccoli was frozen and not thawed out properly so it was just soggy. The Alfredo sauce was so bad I threw the whole meal away. They gave me some shredded lettuce as a side salad but at least the complimentary bread was decent. It was a complete waste of time and money and I will never eat here again.

While doing some shopping last night in Peoples Plaza, my husband and I decided to try Caruso’s. We are always down for a new pizza joint and since it didn’t seem busy we thought we would give it a try.
First of all, there was only one server on duty, and she was working takeout as well as the tables. There was only one table seated when we got there, and after waiting for about 5 minutes, we were told we could go sit down and she would be with us shortly. She got our drink order and we put in an appetizer of fried calamari. By the time she came back to get our dinner order, we still had not gotten our appetizer and she assured us that it would be soon. After we ordered our pizza, she told us that the menu prices were for takeout only so ours would be different for dine in. She never told us what it would be, and in hindsight we should have asked, but we didn’t think that the prices would be *that* different.
When the calamari came out, it was cut into the largest rings I have ever seen. The first few pieces were ok. Sub-par flavor. As we got further along, because they were so big, they just became rubbery and fishy. To the point where I gagged. But I didn’t have any drink to wash it down with since she didn’t refill our drinks for another 10 minutes. When our pizza came out, it was wrong. But, it looked decent and we could see that she was visibly frustrated because she is the one who asked us if it was wrong because she thought it was. We told her it was wrong, but that it was okay, we would still eat it. The pizza itself was actually pretty good. I’d give the pizza a 7/10. When the bill came, my husband just handed her the card because we were pretty frustrated at this point and had been there quite a while, so we just wanted to go home. We were shocked that our bill was $40 for a pizza, a small calamari, and a water and a diet coke. The pizza was $27! So $10 more than it would have been with takeout?! Insane! Not to mention $27 for a pizza that was wrong and took forever! Needless to say, we will not be back. Ever. It’s no wonder they were not busy at all on a Saturday night. You’ll get better food and better service from any other place in the area, so don’t waste your time.

Went with 7 other people. Food not bad. Waitress had NO personality. We had to ask for refills on our water. One lady ordered a beer, it was in a bottle and waitress did not ask or offer a glass. We ordered italian good. We had to ask for bread and at 6:30 they were out of bread. We each received out bill and there was a 20% tip added to our bill. Why 20%? She DID NOT deserve it. WILL NOT go back. Its a shame that a waitress puts such a bad taste in your mouth. She needs to not work with the public..

Absolutely the worst Pizza I ever had! Worst Sausage I’ve ever tried to eat. The onions were cut in huge chunks. They offer a Five topping special with the 6th topping free…well the dough is so razor thin and soggy the toppings and cheese all slide off when you try to pick up a slice. I tried one slice, couldn’t finish I was so disgusted by the taste and threw the whole pie away. The owner should be locked up for even attempting to call it a Pizza!

This restaurant lacks customer service and you can even see it in their responses to the negative reviews on here. I setup a delivery for 9/2 to surprise an out of state employee for a Team Luncheon and they delivered 2 days early ruining the surprise but even worse was that they refused accountability and did not want to fulfil the obligation of sending the Pizza on the correct day. Save yourself time and stress by selecting another place.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! We get Margherita Pizza delivery, but then bake it at 400 for about 10-15mins. The crust is so thin and crispy and absolutely delicious! The sauce is amazing!
My only complaint is the website and app say we can’t order online because they don’t deliver to our address, but if we call, they always deliver. I’d prefer to order online!

The owner used to make my pizza and it was always fresh. So sad to hear he was killed at his store. Such a nice guy who hired homeless people in hopes to help them get back on their feet. I will miss getting my pizza from here.
