Excellent gem of a coffee hangout right adjacent to the mall walk. We stopped there for a quick coffee and a slice of their delicious pizza after our trip to the Air & Space Museum. Prices were reasonable, atmosphere very relaxing!

Brilliant reimagining of an otherwise sad tourist food hut on the mall. Great menu and delicious food at good prices (especially given their location!). The staff working were very nice as well. I had a breakfast sandwich with bacon and tomato jam and a chocolate chip cookie. Both really good!
Unfortunately they added such a small amount of tomato jam so I really could only taste it with about 3 total bites. The focaccia bread it’s on is fresh, soft and salty – perfect! The chocolate chip cookie was surprisingly delicious – big, and soft: tasted liked it was just baked. I’m looking forward to coming back for pizza and wine!

Pizza was cold on the top and toward the center of the slice. It felt like a refrigerated pizza that was insufficiently microwaved. Not sure if it’s because i didn’t visit during lunch time (ordered at 2:30pm).

What a beautiful spot on The Mall. There are a few tables, some under the trees. Our sandwich, salad, and pizza were super fresh with great flavor. Highly recommended

A great spot on the mall! So much more than your typical food kiosk. The coffee was great and the wine tastings they do are so much fun. The focaccia-type pizza is good depending on your preference. I typically like more thin crust style, but my partner says it’s the best pepperoni pizza he’s had. The perfect place to hang out for a nice day on the mall.

This place is close to the office, so I ran over for a sandwich at lunch. Paid $15 for the focaccia Italian sandwich, called the long shot. I asked to remove the pickled onion and they said no (annoying but not a dealbreaker). Waited for 30 minutes for my one sandwich – they were busy, but it seemed like only two people were working and slices of pizza were coming out fast.
Get back to the office to find that each half of the sandwich has exactly: 3 pieces of lettuce, one slice of ham, one slice of salami, and one slice of provolone. Pretty disappointing experience – won’t be coming back!

Having been to doubles a few times I had to stop by at this pop up location. The mall can be somewhat of a food desert so it’s nice to see some great coffee & food here. Definitely worth stopping by to enjoy great drinks with DC views

Quite frankly, the greatest dirty chai latte I’ve had in the city if not elsewhere ever! The price is steep, but it is phenomenal. The service was also amazing. Every person in the “hut” smiled and was courteous, and discussed in depth, the freshness of their chai and a double shot espresso. Well played! It’s also very cute and feels hidden, albeit being in the national park across from the Air & Space Museum; it still manages to keep its chic identity! Also, did not have the pizza but it looks amazing!!

Reasonably priced for being in such a tourist area. Great options for lunch and good drink selection. If you need a few minutes for a light lunch and get off your feet, there’s probably tables available here.
