I came in on a pickup order 10 min before closing for a hot sub. One of the employees made a mistake on my sub. Instead of just handing me wrong sub he expressed his apology to me and went on to remake with no issues. The manager was amazing and offered a free drink. It was just amazing customer service

I can’t say enough good things about my recent visit to Jersey Mike’s! I ordered the Italian Trio sub, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of heavenly. Each bite was a symphony of flavors — the meats were perfectly sliced, the cheese just right, and the bread was fresh and soft with just the right amount of crust. The toppings were so fresh they could have been picked from a garden moments before.
As if the sub wasn’t enough, I enjoyed it while taking in the unexpectedly beautiful view of this Buffalo parking lot. Who knew such a scene could be so serene? The hustle and bustle had a charm of its own, making the experience uniquely satisfying.

I just want to say Jersey Mike’s subs are excellent. I’m in the middle of eating mine it’s so good. I had to stop to do a review. The entire staff was phenomenal. I got greeted when walked in. Customer service was so nice. They were so pleasant and the sub is fantastic and I don’t eat subs, but I will be eating Jersey Mike’s. The turkey is so fresh. I can give you a little picture of it.

Today was a day of giving at Jersey Mike’s. I ordered online, but when I went into the restaurant, it was packed, so it took a bit longer. Totally understandable. I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many workers behind the counter in a tight spot working so hard. The tickets comically kept coming out of the printer, but yet it was like a well-oiled machine. I don’t think that anyone minded the delay because there was no reason to get upset. It was busy and everyone was fine with it. Great job today, Jersey Mike’s! By the way, our subs were delicious!

Really annoyed. I just went here for the first time, for a friend. The short, curly haired kid slicing the meat, started the order. He could clearly see that I was ordering off a sheet of paper. I asked for a type of roll they didn’t have and he laughed at me. Clearly ordering wrong, I corrected what I wanted and another kid (taller, shaggy dirty blonde hair) took over and finished my order. He asked if I wanted anything else, and I started my second order and the curly hair kid just stood there, then started taking the next person’s order. His coworker and I stood there until he was done and his coworker asked of he got my order and he said no. It just seemed to me this kid had a chip on his shoulder as soon as I started ordering. The other kid was great.

Employees have a attitude, Music was so loud you can’t hear what employee were even saying. Roll wasn’t toasted. Meat and cheese was paper thin. One slice of cheese and 2 thin slices of tomato. Diet Pepsi didn’t even taste like pepsi. Ordered a Regular size sub, Size was ok but It was just a cold soggy mess. Will definitely not come here again.
