Overall: 4.6/5

Food
Warm rolls: 10/10
Kids (penne pasta w/butter): 10/10 (kid approved 😉 )
Meatballs (side): 10/10
Caprese (app): 7/10 (Buffula cheese preferred, prefer a reduction of balsamic glaze)
Steak Bomb: 8/10 Steak could use a little more seasoning. Had to lay on some salt and pepper but overall a pretty good bomb
Shrimp Scampi: 8/10 wife’s review; scampi was good, pasta prepared Al dente, shrimp perfectly cooked and tossed, sauce was good but had a bit too much garlic.

Service: Greeted as we walked in by very homey vibe and staff. Food was quick and because there was no one in the restaurant with us response time was instant.

Atmosphere: very quaint. Lightening a little loud. Given how tasty and classy the food was prepared, a darker more intimate setting would make for a more traditional Italia feel imo.

Dined in for a late lunch with friends. Dishes were very well prepared and service was excellent. Enjoyed the eggplant rollatini and sausage cacciatore. Fresh baked rolls, too. Typical pizza shop atmosphere with a comfortable, quiet dining area isolated from the takeout counter. Great place to stop for a decent meal.

First time coming here tonight. The pizza was excellent. However the customer service is despicable. There is one male friendly server there! (Thank you!) the owner & older woman at the front are incredibly rude. My elderly father went in and was asking questions about the pizza and if he could order half and half. They gave him such a hard time (seemed very irritated) and were so rude when answering questions. I went back in to get the pizza and also noticed the woman at the counter being rude to another elderly customer. The pizza was excellent but they definitely need to learn some kindness. It’s free to be kind!

Great people very friendly. Food is phenomenal with huge portions enough for 2 meals. Clean interior. Definitely under looked and a hidden gem. Thank you for remaining open during pandemic.

When my father called to order a sandwich and couldn’t remember what was in it the girl on the phone asked if what she told him was the sandwich and he stated he wasn’t sure and that she would know better than him she has a menu he did t have one on him and he she got upset and told him not to get snippy and when I went to the restaurant to pick up the order and spoke with her to stick up for my 65 year old father she was extremely rude as well to me she has very poor customer skills when you disagree with her!!!! And we were frequent customers

This place is my go to for good Italian food. I primarily get take out but they do have a few tables on the side for eat in customers. They serve beer and wine if you choose to eat inside. I love their Chicken Marsala, my son loves the veal Parmesan, my husband usually gets a steak and cheese sub or the sausage and peppers entree. Their pizza is excellent too. Lol, I’m getting hungry just thinking about it.

Amici’s has the best pizza in town. Dine-in will be the best experience to enjoy your pizza. Their salads and homemade rolls that are hot are an excellent pairing with the pizza.
The red sauce is impeccable. Last time we had meatballs( 2) as an appetizer with the red sauce. The meatballs were large but not gigantic which is a good thing and wonderfully prepared. The red sauce was rich full-bodied, not too garlicky, not too sweet and went really well with the rolls. Enjoy! You won’t be disappointed.

Pizza crusts are regularly burnt and so hard your jaw gets sore and tired. The flavor is bland and practically nonexistent. They threw the last pizza in the box, causing half the toppings to slide off the inedible crust into a greasy pile in the corner of the box.

Don’t waste your money.

Jimmy’s on Alpine Lane makes better pizza.

Our favorite pizza in Chelmsford. Large mushroom and sausage. Great crust.

Amici has been a regular spot for years for us and has yet to disappoint in service or food quality. A family establishment that has served the test of time!
