The place is clean, the staff is nice and theyre always helpful. The food can be a hit or miss, but we enjoy the buffet. Never can get a customized to go order. I prefer the fried rice and crab ragoons.

I went to Panda Buffet recently and honestly it was a pretty disappointing experience. The first thing I noticed walking in was how old and worn down the interior looked. The place felt outdated and not very clean or well kept, which already made me a little uneasy about eating there.
Unfortunately the food didn’t make up for it. Most of it looked like it had been sitting out for a long time and the quality just wasn’t very good. A lot of the dishes tasted bland or stale, and nothing really stood out as something I’d want to go back for.
The worst part though was when I sat down and looked at my water glass. There was an old piece of food stuck inside the glass they served me. It was pretty gross and made me question how carefully things were being cleaned in general.
On top of that, the service wasn’t great either. I sat there for several minutes without anyone coming over to check on the table. I eventually had to get someone’s attention myself just to say something about the glass and get help.
Overall the experience was pretty underwhelming. Between the outdated interior, mediocre food, the dirty glass, and slow service, it’s not a place I’d personally recommend.

Pretty good food and they keep up with it decent The only thing I didn’t care for was the room got very humid feeling with people being in there which kind of made it gross but it was all clean and very tasty I did enjoy that. But $70 for four people was a little pricey for how small it was

My last visit here was tonight. I will not be going back because the food is just not good at all. I would say I tried almost every meat dish tonight & only ONE was good. I really wish they would actually try to make the food better because I love Chinese food. Everything is bland, or taste bad and very greasy. The atmosphere isn’t good either with ripped cushions on the booths & flickering lights. The service was very good, I can’t say a negative thing about the people who work there. The food definitely needs alot of improvement however.

This was the first time I had been there since they reopened.
I was very impressed with the food…Hot, Fresh, Tasty,. My mouth is watering…thinking about how it taste. Each selection of foods had their OWN flavor. Very tantalizing to the pallet.

The restaurant looked very nice. Very clean. Service was awesome but the food left much to be desired. My mushrooms werent all the way done and some of the other food too didn’t see quite done. Not a health hazard though. I was sad to see they didnt have a regular ice cream options. Just little ice cream cups. Vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry.

The tall oriental woman just stares and judges everyone. Never refills the drinks. For the price at least bring back sushi or something especially to make up for the staff that treats you like you’re going to steal food the moment you sit down. And taking other people’s tips that actually is doing their actual job is very frowned upon. Not sure if my family will eat here again.

Terrible food besides the crab ragoon. Don’t even think about doing take-out from this place, I would not recommend it. With the staff, there’s a huge language barrier which results in wrong orders 95% of the time (even if you point to or circle items on the menu, TRUST ME I’ve given them multiple chances). Furthermore, their pork tastes terrible, literally couldn’t force myself to eat it. Their General Tso chicken is very dry, they are skimpy on the sauce. Matter of fact, there’s is very minimal deference between any of their sauces. Also, you get the beef, you’ll be chewing till next week. Lastly, you must ask for sweet and sour sauce for your crab ragoon, and silverware when you order to go or you will not have any. To top it all off, their prices are going up in January 2025. I wish I had 3 more hands so I could give this place 5 THUMBS DOWN!!!

The atmosphere was pleasing enough. The waitresses speaking another language to either insult or demean customers is literally the only bad experience I had. I’d say to the owner to tell his or her staff to be careful about what things the staff says. I speak Chinese and am fluent in it enough to converse 1 on 1 with a person or big public group. Not very smart to insult or offend your paying customers. Their prices are very high for group settings, so I advise not to come here if you have a big group setting. They are sneaky and charge extra for the “service fee of groups.” I had a party of 8. My family. And 2 of my children were 2 and 1. They charged us for them, too. I’d say this place is a great place to grab a bite but not for big groups. Maybe it tends to the staff and the prices. As a food critic for a living, I’ve seen this way too many times and although I wasn’t actually working today, I would still mark the place a 2.2/10 just for disrespectful staff and overcharging.

The food was hot and fresh. They had a lot of great food and a good selection. Ice cream was in tiny individual Styrofoam cups with cardboard lids you peel off. They only had vanilla and strawberry flavors. Plenty of free parking.
