The excitement of visiting the reopened Nobles was high, and it certainly lived up to expectations after so many years. Linda and her wonderful son Christopher made us feel incredibly welcome, and visiting with my two sons made the evening even more special.
All the food was excellent. Linda guided us through the menu with genuine enthusiasm, and her recommendation of the garlic prawns in the shell was spot on, they were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was elegant yet wonderfully inviting, striking a perfect balance for a memorable evening.
We’ll definitely be back soon. A fantastic evening all round.

My partner and I had been recommended to try.
Starter arrived prawns were cold in doms which had to be sent back for another portion.
prawn sweet and sour wasn’t hot-again had to be sent back.
I was so disappointed following previous good reviews which had been recommended.
This morning I have got stomach pains ? Due to the cold prawns in the food!!!
We won’t be back.

Food was lovely on the whole. However I asked for starters and mains to be brought out at once so we could share – they didn’t do this and we had to wait a bit for the mains. I would have preferred to have eaten traditionally from a small bowl with option of chopsticks instead of from a plate with knife and fork. Restaurant was a tad chilly.

Absolutely wonderful experience and can’t wait to return. Welcomed by Linda and Christopher and was such a lovely welcome from them. Food was very tasty and I’ll be telling everyone to go! Thank you so much for the banter, I had said to Linda that I did not enjoy too much rice as it can give me a bit of a sore stomach when I eat too much so she served me up exactly what I asked for and gave us all a good giggle

Couldn’t do enough for someone with dairy and egg intolerance issues.

First off, the exterior is just lovely, it really drives you through the entrance! The owners/staff were ever so welcoming, despite being so busy on a Saturday evening. Although they were running about during their peak hour, they never skimped on the attention they gave to each guest.
The food itself was delicious! So flavourful, fresh and morish. Quantities were more than enough too, we struggled to finish everything. Didn’t manage to leave quite enough room for dessert so I will be looking forward to my next return. Thanks!

Amazing food, warm and personable staff. Really enjoyed chatting to the owners who have apparently been running the business over 2 generations! Highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for decent Chinese (Cantonese) cuisine in Fife! I had the King Prawn Asparagus and HK Style Sweet and Sour Chicken, so fresh and authentic. Not greasy at all and tasted like they used fresh and high quality ingredients. Definitely not a place that cuts corners in my opinion.
