WOW! I tried the Chicken Valdostana Hero: cutlets cooked in a white wine sauce with mozzarella. So good, I’m going back tomorrow for their signature panini. It’s great that they offer small and large heroes, though I wouldn’t call mine small–I’m stuffed, and glad I didn’t get a large. The daily lunch specials also look great.

These guys gotta work on their online ordering. It’s a great deli, but I recommend not ordering online, as every time I order online the sandwich literally comes with just meat and bread – despite the photos having lettuce, tomato, oil, etc. even when I’ve paid for extra toppings like Pickles they don’t include them.
Also sometimes when you order online the order doesn’t go through. Which ends up being a blessing because then they get your order correct, but it’s annoying I gotta check my credit card statement for multiple charges.
$13.50 for a small hero with just meat? “Safety my heart”, I’ll go somewhere else!
At the very minimum, Please add options online for adding lettuce, tomatoes, oil/vinegar!!!

Got a sandwich and soda to go from here not ten minutes ago. Delicious prosciutto and great cheese but that spicy mustard really put it all together. Great service, nice guy at the front of house. A bit pricy but worth the quality

I asked if I could get anything else other then lettuce and tomatoe on my $15 turkey sandwich, he said no that’s all he had.
Very next customer comes in (looked more New York then me), he gets peppers, onions ect.

If you’re a fan of authentic Italian deli meats, this place is a must-visit. Their attention to detail in crafting each product is impressive, turning simple ingredients into culinary masterpiece, the Beef mortadella was exceptional and bursting with flavor, and is a rare find in manhattan. Definitely worth a try for anyone who appreciates original handcrafted italian meats.
