Breakfast should not take an hour +, but our server was non-existent. I will say my breakfast (eggs, bacon, hash brown and toast) was pretty good, however I had no need to wait as long as I did considering the cafe was not busy at all. I suggest finding somewhere else for a meal and skipping this place all together. Menus are all digital too (on iPads).

Traveling home from Daytona, we decided to stop and have brunch. My daughter had waffles with Nutella drizzle and hash browns. Her friend had chicken fingers and fries. My husband had a burger and fries. I had a short stack of pancakes with bacon and hash browns. The seating was a little tight. The hash browns and bacon weren’t crispy as requested but the taste was wonderful. Everything tasted so great and the prices were below what you would expect to pay for fresh cooked food and portion sizes.. The service was great too. Definitely recommend!

The food was delicious and fresh. The girl working there was super nice and attentive.

The spicy Bloody Mary mix was delicious.
The Cairano avocado toast was also very good. I wish they used different hash browns and made them crispier.
We look forward to trying dinner sometime.

Very quaint place. Nice selection of foods to choose from. We had breakfast. Benedict’s were done spot on, asked for eggs to be cooked medium. Cook did a perfect job on them. Waffles are huge with fruit. Eggs to order were very good. Food took a little time to get to us. But came out hot. Will try again.

The owner had her feet out while my family was trying to eat our lunch. On top of that was drinking. Also her son was drinking beer when we got there. The ac felt off. We will not be back! Also the owner was being really loud on the phone the whole time. They need an office or something.!

Just discovered Cafe Cairano today and was pleasantly surprised about how amazing mine and my husband’s breakfast were. My husband had the breakfast sandwich. The bread used for the sandwich was soft and the eggs were seasoned and flavorful. He commented that the sandwich was the best he ever had. I had poached eggs, toast and fruit. The poached eggs were cooked to perfection (exactly as I asked for, medium poached) and I don’t know what bread was used for the toast, but it was amazing. The fruit was fresh and sweet. The service and atmosphere were excellent. My husband and I will definitely go back to Cafe Cairano.

My husband enjoyed the breakfast burrito and I opted for the salmon lox, and both were fresh, perfectly prepared, and full of taste. Cute little place. Good food with nice presentation and a reasonable price. Good service. The blaring TV on during the whole time ruined the experience. Might be OK for evening bar atmosphere but not for breakfast. Won’t be back during that time.

Took a chance and came in even though the door was propped open and a sign stated that they had no A/C. It was already 95 degrees at 10:30 AM. We ordered eggs and bacon for breakfast and it took a very long time. Staff was very friendly and seemed to take the extreme heat in stride. We both sent our grits back. Mine were cold. My companion’s were warm but she didn’t like them. I tried to get used to the taste, but I couldn’t. The eggs were great. Bacon was mid and toast was good.

They’re online menu is different than in store, which happens. I specifically came for gluten free pancakes that they didn’t have. Aside from that, large, but dry pancakes at a decent price. 1 full stack and 1 short stack= 1 hour. Worth it? Absolutely not.
The server was nice, but clearly busy. Never stopped to ask if we needed anything etc, but that’s because she had plenty to do.
Oh, and it’s dirty. Tablecloths and placements covered in food crumbs and stains.
