Been ordering here for a long time now and my biggest complaint is the $40 cash delivery limit. I fully understand why it exists mind you and I’m not against that, but I have always paid and I know I have a customer profile in you system….. loyalty trust guys come on…..

Awful customer service.
My delivery was an hour late today, I live less than 8 minutes away.
I called to ask where my order was, the agent was very rude. I asked why are you being so rude and taking a nasty tone with me?
They argued that they weren’t doing that and hung up.
I immediately called back and asked why they hung up, they asked me “why did you call just to complain?”
I didn’t call “just to complain” I called because my lunch hour ended half an hour ago and my food still isn’t here -and I don’t appreciate being sassed when I ask where my order is.
This employee needs to be fired. She was awful, I only wish she had provided me with her name.
Truly horrible experience, I hope she gets fired soon.

Very disappointing experience. My husband was at the drive-thru late at night and was told to call to place his order. When he called, they said they couldn’t understand him and asked for someone who speaks English and hung up. I was not present to help, and he was turned away instead of being assisted. This was uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Look I know my order was late. We Ordered at like 1120p they handled my $130 order like champs…a large pizza, 3 orders of wings, 3 sandwhiches and all 3 desserts… all tasted great! love them…. Even tipped the driver $20 for getting it here so quickly everything was perfect. Thanks I will try to order earlier from now on.

Gave them 2 stars because the delivery drivers were nice and professional, but my pizza was burnt and so was it’s replacement. The second one was slightly better. They really need someone who knows how to cook pizza in their store.

Chicken was overcooked and dry. Didn’t receive proper portions of chicken (small pieces are just skin and dry hard meat). Philly sandwich was burned on inside and bottom. Cheese steak meat was burned and only half the sandwich had meat. Mostly cheese and onion and peppers. I’m greatly disappointed in the quality of this food. The driver was so much in a rush that he didn’t give me a chance to check the order before he left and I had to ask him for my receipt which he had an attitude about me asking for it.

I have points on my app and free pizza on my app it’s not allowing me to do it it’s saying technical call technical support I called the store they’re tell me they can’t do nothing I called I called Domino’s customer support number that tells me to go to the website sounds to me like it’s a bunch of scams that they’re not trying to give us our free food that we actually earned it’s really messed up.
