Such a cute spot with great vibes. The bar drinks are — I had a peach daiquiri and a margarita and both were so good. Total win for moms because the kids loved it too — nuggets and tacos made it super kid-friendly. I ordered the tortilla soup and lunch tacos and everything was delicious. The music was on point and the atmosphere was fun but relaxed. Perfect for lunch or dinner and definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to.

Absolutely love this place! They have the best service around, drink is never empty, food is always fast and hot! I’ve tried just about everything on the menu, the stuffed avocado and Laredo special is my favorite. Today I had the loaded fries, portions are always very generous, every meal is enough to take home for lunch the next day! The people are super friendly and the place is clean. It gets SUPER busy, weekdays are usually pretty good, weekends can get crazy, we make sure to come by 5pm for dinner because by 5:30 it’s packed and by 6 there is a line out the door! Even then though they turn their tables so quick you’re still in and out pretty fast

I was on the last bit of a long road trip home and stopped here for lunch. Ashley was bartending and serving, and she was an absolute delight. Her two colleagues (I did not get their names) were just as pleasant. I had the Stuffed Avocado with grilled steak, and it was delicious. The chips seemed fresh, and the salsa was OK; it could have used a little more heat. Next time I am in Aubrey or nearby, I would like to return and try the fajitas!

We had a fantastic experience at Dos Mezclas! The wait time was less than 10 mins, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious!! I had the taco salad, which was so flavorful and fresh. Even our picky eater loved the chicken nuggets! Great atmosphere, quick and friendly service, and something for everyone. We will definitely be back!!

So great to have a fun, new restaurant in Aubrey! And the food was amazing!! Started with some Top Shelf Margaritas and they were delicious! (Though we may try the house margaritas next time…they were served a lot!) Chips and salsa were yummy with adorable salsa bowls. Our server recommended the stuffed avocado. I was intrigued so tried it and it did not disappoint. A bit rich between the avocado and the queso but loved the flavors. Hubby had the Southern Enchiladas with Chile Verde and said the spice was just right. Both meals came with rice and beans. We will be back!!

Amazing food and service. The street tacos were extremely flavorful. Each taco had a large serving of protein and the sauces they serve with the tacos added a great extra layer of flavor. Can’t wait to try more items on the menu.

Yes, I enjoyed it that much. Ordered the Burrito Grande with birria. Birria was super tender and super flavorful, even without the consomme. Add the consomme and it was heavenly.
My wife ordered “chile colorado” with green chile (lol) and carnitas, and she loved it. Daughter ordered assadito and said it was good. My mother ordered the stuffed avocado with chicken and she said it was really good.
My wife liked her regular margarita and my daughter said the cucumber margarita was solid.
Minor, minor quibble: I asked to leave out the sour cream from my burrito, which they did. Unfortunately, they also excluded my guacamole. However, since the appetizer of guacamole was a generous portion, I just used that.
I recommend eating here, wholeheartedly.

First I’d like to say, I’ve been here before and absolutely loved the food. However, yesterday my family and I visited and we left without ever ordering. Our waitress was a young white girl, I never got her name. It took her a while to acknowledge us, and after taking our drink order (3 waters and 2 sodas) it took her another 10 minutes to bring it out, and she forgot my son’s water. She dropped the drinks off and left without asking if we were ready to order, if we wanted any appetizers, nothing. She paid most of her attention to the table next to us. Refilling their margaritas multiple times, and taking their food order. She had to intentionally ignore us, since we were seated in the middle of the restaurant. After 40 minutes I finally got the other waitress (who was very sweet) to let me pay for the two sodas, and let me leave. Very hungry. It was 7:30 at this point, and my kids were starving. I’m not going to say why I think she ignored us, and give her the benefit of the doubt. But it was the most humiliating and unprofessional dining experience I’ve ever had. Such a shame, because the food here is so good, and everyone else was very helpful/ sweet. I hope she improves on this, because I’d never want someone else to feel the way I did.

This has quickly become our new favorite spot in Aubrey! I absolutely love the location in the charming downtown area—it’s such a perfect setting. The food is super tasty, and we can’t get enough of the Tapitos Trio, it’s hands-down our favorite! Prices are awesome, and the salsa and guacamole are both delicious.
What really makes this place stand out, though, is the service. The whole team works together seamlessly, and every single person brings personality and warmth to the table—a huge blessing these days. Dos Mezclas is truly a gem, and we’re so glad to have it here in Aubrey!
PS- get the CHOCOLATE VOLCANO you won’t forget it. We devoured it so quickly I didn’t even have a chance to get a pic
