FOOD TRUCK in Fountain Green is a surprise of the best kind. I usually judge restaurants relative to their location—but this one earns 4.8 stars anywhere. It’s a small-town food truck serving homemade, authentic Mexican fast food, and the birria tacos with consomé are outstanding. The salsas are great and the service is warm. The whole operation punches far above its weight.
It’s easily the best restaurant in Sanpete County—and while that is not a high bar, it would hold its own in New York, Los Angeles, or Miami. If you’re passing through, don’t miss it. Even a short detour off I-15 is worth it, because this is the best food you’ll find for miles.
