The most pathetic Subway sandwich(es) I’ve ever had. I literally finished half the sub in 4 bites. It was very obvious that they only put half the amount the meat they should have. I’m guessing the owners are cheap and do this intentionally in an attempt to save money. I was so disappointed that I stopped eating the sandwich to snap a photo and write this review. I bought 2 sandwiches, hoping to have the other at a later time like I usually do, but will most likely be eating both because they’re so small and unfilling. I will most likely never return to this location.

I encountered several serious issues that require your immediate attention.
Firstly, I was charged twice for my order, once in cash and again via credit card, despite the initial card transaction being declined. Secondly, the employee initially refused to honor the “buy two sandwiches for [12.99]” deal, then only agreed after I told him I am not going to buy it then but still proceeded to double charge me.
This type of behavior is completely unacceptable and indicates a serious lack of integrity and professionalism on the part of your employee. I request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate disciplinary action. Additionally, I expect a full refund for the overcharged amount.

Horrible horrible horrible service , horrible food ! Stay away from this subway , I ordered a sub and they served raw bacon !! Bacon that was not cooked at all! I’ve tried getting a refund and the employee there was just horrible acted like he didn’t hear me continued cleaning while because he’s closing so it resulted in the authorities being called and went from there. But I will never eat here again and I will be reporting them to the Board of Health

Guess there is a scarcity of vegetables that they have to hold back on giving a decent amount of vegetables without being asked. When asked for more they look at you as if there won’t be enough for the rest of the customers in the store at 8:30 P.M.
I guess it’s my fault for wanting my sandwich with anything but bread for $13, I should’ve known better.
Don’t recommend 1/10 unless you want nothing but bread and a protein then come here.

Meatballs are mini and weird, “Italian” bread is not Italian, very scarce on meat and sauces, did not have buffalo sauce for the buffalo chicken. Wouldn’t go back.

Wish I could give zero stars. Incredibly rude staff members who were visibly annoyed/frustrated that I was ordering two sandwiches, shop is visibly not tidy, and employee claimed faucet for handwashing non operational which is highly concerning and should be, if not already, a health code violation. Sandwiches are certainly not worth the price given limited amount of food provided and the customer service severely lacking. Lack of respect for paying customers is comical. Would recommend going to any other sub place.

I don’t know the Indian ladies name but I was DoorDashing and she refused to give me the order until I confirmed it. The only issue with this situation is that now DoorDash is requesting drivers take a picture of the receipt before they can confirm it. She starts being rude and saying I’m being aggressive and I’m being patient even offered to show it to her, before leaving the store.she then said she would report me. I just want them to be more aware and kinder.

I had a horrible experience at this location. The owner and manager were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Instead of addressing my concerns or offering any assistance, they were dismissive and condescending. It’s hard to believe that a business would treat customers this way. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other options where you’ll be treated with respect.
