We were looking for a restaurant off of the main roads of Seiverville and Pigeon Forge and we found this gem in the downtown area! We are from Chicago and we have to say the experience and the pizza would have rated high there! Wonderful staff and amazing food. The meatballs were fresh, homemade and had a great flavor. The caprese salad was unique with a twist by using cherry tomatoes and barrata on top of a fresh pesto sauce.
We had the mushroom pizza which had truffle oil base which made it light. The crust was perfect with the right amount of air and crisp as a wood fired pizza should have!
If you want something off the main drag and away from the usual chain restaurants come here you will not be disappointed!

Food was amazing! Most authentic Italian I’ve had. It ain’t no Olive Garden lol. But seriously pizza & pasta was delish & service was great. I got the papperdalle pasta & my husband got the pizza with roasted pineapple & ham. We also had the mushroom appetizer & the meatballs. The chopped salad was also delish & very big. Could’ve split with my husband. 10/10

Hands down the best pizza! So delicious, and the prosciutto panini was excellent, as well. It’s a clean, well kept establishment with wonderful service! Our waitress was super kind and attentive the entire dinner. 10/10, will definitely be back!

Visiting from out of town and had this on my list to try – VERY solid pizza, and an extremely well designed space with plenty of seating and a nice bar. Went for weekday lunch and it was pretty empty, so we were immediately seated. They have good beer and wine options, and a great cocktail list worth a happy hour trip alone! Got the margarita and the four cheese red pizza with pepperoni, both very tasty. If I could be picky, I’d say the marg was a bit skimpy on the basil, otherwise both were perfectly done. The crust and sauce are phenomenal! Service was fantastic, as well, highly recommend this cool spot.

My wife and I recently visited DO Scratch Pizza and Pasta for a date night, and we had a wonderful experience overall. The ambience was fantastic—relaxed, welcoming, and just the right vibe for a night out. We really enjoyed the spacious layout, which made it easy to settle in and enjoy the evening without feeling crowded.
Parking was simple enough, especially since we were familiar with the area. Once inside, we did notice that the service was a little slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy at the time. That said, the staff was friendly, and once the food arrived, it more than made up for the wait. Everything we ordered was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care.
We’re already looking forward to going back again soon. It’s a great spot to enjoy a laid-back meal with amazing food and a comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Do yourself a favor and VISIT THIS RESTAURANT! We enjoyed one of the best dining experiences we’ve had this year! The restaurant is small and lovely. When you walk in, you smell the delicious pizzas and can see the amazing stone-fired oven and the cozy bar. We started our evening with the Limoncello Spritz and the Devil’s Margarita… They were beautifully made cocktails and delicious. We selected the Caprese Salad as our appetizer to share, and it exceeded all expectations… The pesto sauce is homemade and some of the best I’ve ever had, the tomatoes were fresh, the burrata was amazing, and the balsamic glaze topped it off so nicely. I ordered the grouper entree which was served on a bed of Risotto with a to-die-for beurre blanc sauce; the grouper was cooked to perfection and I didn’t want to stop eating the risotto… It was SO good! The hubs ordered the Speciale pasta entree which was papperdelle fresh made pasta with braised beef, peppers, and grano padano … Absolutely spectacular. Every bite of the entire meal was a joy! Our service was fabulous, the ambiance was perfect, it was a perfect meal. We ordered the Tiramisu and shared it later on in the evening at home and it was phenomenal, rich and light at the same time, so yummy. Check this place out, you’ll be so glad you did!

Every morsel was exquisite. We did: meatball toast and white mushroom pizza. Highly recommend! There were so many pizza-places to choose from but I don’t see how anything could surpass this experience.

My husband and I had dinner there on Halloween. The city had that are closed to traffic and we’re having a Halloween trick or treat event. Even though the street was swamped with kids and adults, the restaurant was peaceful inside. I had a Girls’ Night Out martini and it was delicious! Then we shared the Caprese salad which is really more of a starter and man, was it good! I had the Tropicale and he has the Four Cheese with sausage. Both were very tasty, our only complaint is that they could have been cooked a few more minutes, but that’s more of a personal preference on pizza. All in all, we would definitely return, 10/10!
