I am always curious when I see a wide range of reviews, so we tried the cantina out for ourselves. We had margaritas, one plain, one mango. They were delicious and a good pour. We had the fajitas for 2. The dish was loaded with steak, chicken, and shrimp. It was served with 5 fresh tortillas. We need a few more, and they came out quickly. The complementary chips and salsa were fresh and delicious. All in all, a great meal.

I live right around the corner from this amazing restaurant and do not eat out much. Decided to give it a try and so glad I did! I had the grilled shrimp fajitas and it came out sizzling and smelling really amazing! I asked the waiter if it was his mom back there cooking because only a mother could cook such amazing food. I left with enough for an entire lunch and will make this place my go to for authentic Mexican cooking!

A hidden gem. I’ve driven by this Taco/Pizza spot hundreds of times but this time it pulled me in. Stopped for a couple of Chicken and beef tacos. Delicious. Good green salsa too. I saw they had pizza and asked about it. They start serving pizza at 5pm. Later that night I kept thinking about the pizza. I was told they had several unique combinations of toppings. So I chose the interesting Mexican pizza and was not disappointed. Crust was thin crispy and with just the right amount of chew. Toppings were great with sliced avocado on top and a great flavor. The menu is full of Mexican favorites and I’m excited to try many of the items. The staff was friendly and the dining area was comfortable and clean. A real winner and open until 10pm. A five star experience.

Finally some delicious and authentic Mexican food in this area. As locals, we’ve been constantly disappointed in so many commercialized or low quality places. My Super Burrito they accommodated at my request to a breakfast burrito with chorizo and eggs was incredibly fresh and delectable. It was smothered with an incredible red and cheese sauce that was light yet flavorful- just wonderful! Hubby had 3 tacos trying the chicken, al pastor, and steak. All were yummy but he was enamored by the pastor. Their style of cooking reminded us of the awesome Mexican food we’d have in Cali. So flavorful but without the heartburn that happens after eating at most of the Mexican joints in Tampa Bay. Nice service and good prices for the great quality received. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!
