The older white lady was extremely rude, and I believe she’s the manager. I was picking up my sub for work when a Sysco delivery truck arrived. I asked her to tell the Sysco driver to move the 8-wheeler so I could back out of the parking lot, but she refused. She said they were “just doing their jobs,” even though I needed to leave. Because of this delay, I ended up being late to work and lost my job.
There were also a couple of other customers from nearby businesses who couldn’t leave because the Sysco truck was blocking the parking lot.
On my way out, I noticed a big sign that says “Customer Parking Only,” so I don’t understand why a huge Sysco truck was allowed to block the entire lot. This is unacceptable. The Sysco driver was very rude and cursed at me, and the manager offered no help she just ignored me and continued smoking her cigarette.
This place is no good. I do not recommend it.

Subway employees at Lyell Ave hate their job and it’s apparent with their customer service. Also the business hours should be changed to 8:44 pm, since apparently that’s when they stop service to customers. The employee said that to me, “i stop making food at 8:45” i was there slightly before that.

This is the second time I have ordered from this location now and both times my order has been wrong. The person working behind the counter today didn’t really seem like he knew what he was doing and we didn’t realize until it was too late that they were items missing from our order. It’s safe to say I will not be returning to this location and advise others to avoid it as well.

This has been the 4th tike I wanted to order from the lyell ave location before 8pm and have not been able to get what we desired. It’s really sad that the internet says one thing about work hours. But yet the stores aren’t open that late. Even calling to make sure we get no response, or someone answers and says they are making orders anymore almost 45 mins before listed closing hour. Smh subway needs to do better!!!!

I go here pretty often and I find that they are very clean and so a fine job. I just wish the way they worked was a bit faster. They seem to work find when its one or two people. However when they get a rush and mobile orders it’s like they’re backup. I think with better teamwork it could more efficient

The older lady is always rude. I dislike when she serves me. I asked for the subway club on a wrap, and she said she could not do that. I received the subway club on a wrap from this restaurant several times. I needed something to eat before work, so I bought the sub. IMO, she uses the brown paper bag test to determine her customer service. I do not recommend this subway.
