I mean, I love music but not when it becomes an obstacle for 2 people to be able to have a normal conversation without having the need to yell one another because the sound of the music is just TOO LOUD. Damn , it’s like being in a “cabarét” . Keep the music on but at a soft and pleasant sound level. Like man, I’m not deaf. Please.

There was a language barrier inasmuch as the staff did not speak English…a nearby customer helped translate somewhat. It is Dominican food, slightly different than typical Tex-Mex. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavorful Pollo Guisado (?). I immediately looked up a recipe to replicate it. Other dishes were not to my liking, use of plantains seemed bland. A good experience overall.

I would give more stars for the food, but I immediately got sick right after eating there. The wait was long for the food, but at least they apologized. The space is very small and there is also a buffet style option if you want quick plate of food.

I bought a dish call Chofan I never in a million years eaten a Chofan instead of noodles they replace it with either Romaine leaf or Radicchio leaf this type of leaf are use to make salud ♂️ I was very disappointed it didn’t tasted not at all like a Chofan not even close

I was in the area and decided to go eat here due to the positive reviews. I must have come on a bad day. I ordered the tres golpes. The yuca was ice cold, the cheese was hard and dry, the onions they put over the yuca were like four pieces of left over scraps. I ordered morir soñando which was not morir soñando at all. It was white but it was like some kind of fruit concoction which tasted pretty lemony, however it was pretty good, but not what I asked for. The temperature in the restaurant was also very cold. This being said when Im in the area I will be looking for another Dominican restaurant. The problem with some of these eateries is that they are not consistent in food quality and service, it’s a hit or miss.
