Wow! The enchiladas are so good, as are the beans and rice. This has got to be the best place to eat in Sheridan. 2 enchiladas w/beans and rice for $9.49. I recommend chicken or spicy pork for the meat. Muchas gracias por las enchiladas al pastor.

Always fresh and with a friendly smile! I absolutely love El Rodeo. Their carne street tacos are delicious. Today I changed it up and grabbed a burrito. It was amazing and huge! They have a hot sauce that is delicious and unique. Don’t be fooled because it’s in a bus! It’s dang good!!!

Good tacos. Got 2 shredded beef tacos and 2 spicy pork tacos. Also grabbed a bean and cheese burrito. Everything was good. My order was made just how I ordered it. This location is a “taco truck” style spot. Tables are available. The dining areas are a little ruff but, still clean. I’d come back here to eat. I took mine to go.

Only tried the al pastor tacos while passing through town, and I was taken aback by how good they were. In Wyoming?? I grew up in Southern California, where taco trucks and tortillerías were part of everyday life in my neighborhood, but these are better. I have such mixed feelings about this. The tortilla was incredible, and the flavor of the meat was something I still can’t stop thinking about.

A customer at work recommended this taco truck, and if you’re in the area, I recommend it too! The enchiladas Verde is one of my all time favorite dishes, and I don’t know if I could have got it as good if I had traveled all the way south myself! They had Mexican hot chocolate as a drink special, and I ended up getting two. Beware, the food has a fair bit of spice by itself, but the salsa is a different level of hot. If you like it spicy, pour it on and gobble down! It has such a great flavor you barely notice the sweat pouring down your face Give it a try!

Best Mexican street food in town. This is my go to whenever I’m craving authentic Mexican tacos. They also have very good burritos, quesadillas, and enchilada plates as well and their prices are unbeatable. Their food rivals the Mexican food back home in California and I would easily pick this place over the Mexican food back home in California any day
