I caught up with them at trivia night at Lookingglass Brewing. A helpful and friendly gentleman took my order and then brought my dinner over about 20 minutes later. Not speedy but the brewery was busy and I’m sure they made it as quickly as possible.

My Gong Bao Chicken was hot, fresh tasting and perhaps a little crunchy with the veggies. I’d have preferred it spicier but what we had was delicious and there was definitely plenty of it. I popped back to the truck for some hot mustard and that did the trick.

Genuinely the best REAL Chinese food I’ve ever had. Period. It’s not even close.

Fresh ingredients and food made to order by a woman that clearly knows exactly what she’s doing. Anyone complaining about a lack of flavor needs to bring their bottle of PF Chang’s sweet and sour sauce from their home fridge so they can ruin their food with a pile of sugar all in their own.

We went here for the first time yesterday. If you want fresh, authentic, delicious, handmade Chinese food, this is the place. I got the chicken fried rice, my husband got the spicy beef noodles, and we shared the chicken potstickers. I have never in my life had potstickers that good. They are INCREDIBLE. All the food is delicious. It is not greasy, americanized Chinese food. We will absolutely be going back!

I love food trucks and encourage the owners of the food trucks whenever I can. We have tried Chinese Xiang 3 times on Monday nights at 2 shy brewery.
I appreciate that they are there and that they offer vegan options ( leave out eggs and a tofu otion for protein. My wife and I have tried six of their offerings in those 3 visits. Unfortunately, there is very little taste to any of those options. Even adding the provided sauce doesn’t seem to help. We are with a large group who come on Monday night and all of them feel the same way. Also, we appreciate that it is all hand made at the time, but it has consistantly taken 1 1/2 hours to get ourfood after ordering. ( order 6 pm get the food a 7:30 pm.)
Like I said I am not really a complainer, and really encourage people to start up food trucks, but if the food was more flavorful and maybe on the first Monday of the month you had some more help, things would be great. Unfortunately until then we will probebly eat before we arrive.

We have eaten here twice. The food is fantastic! Hot, fresh, not greasy. Our friend said the dish she had was better than what she had in Hong Kong.

This establishment refuses to take orders by message or phone, like it’s 1980….

They claim fresh handmade dumplings – but have a Facebook post on June 12th showing their “fresh” dumplings being made for serving on the 19th – so they would have to be frozen to keep that long – so no longer fresh.

I took a chance anyway and was disappointed to find out the dumplings don’t seem to have any asian flavor. It tastes just like an American chicken and dumplings soup, not bad, just not wanted from an Asian food spot …

I also got a Beef and Celery, I wish I hadn’t. The beef was overcooked , tough, and unseasoned. While the celery was practically raw. The only favor in the dish was large pieces of ginger.

And the food took FAR too long the receive after ordering. Why were orders being prepared one at a time instead of concurrently? The male taking orders was spending 80% of his time chatting with other old men instead of helping his female employee cook and get orders done faster.

I was looking for a place to eat in Roseburg and was excited to find this Chinese food truck! Delicious, fresh food that doesn’t have the oily taste you get at a lot of restaurants. The pork belly bowl was a perfect complement to the beer at Two Shy. Wish there was one where I live!

I just happened to be walking by and saw the truck. I didn’t realize I’d be eating so well. The pork belly was amazing. Deep rich flavors and just the right amount of broccoli and rice so it didn’t fee too heavy. Would definitely go back.

Delicious! I especially enjoyed the homemade chili oil and the dipping sauce that came with the dumplings. Xiang’s knows their way around spices and sauces, a not-to-be-missed food truck!

Stellar service and outstanding food full of flavor in an area that lacks healthy options. This is a not your typical Chinese food. Best food truck in town.
