Ordered a sandwich on the app. My fiancé showed up to pick it up about 10 minutes earlier than it said it was going to be ready. He told them he was early and he could wait on it. He said there were 2 employees standing behind the counter and no current customers in the store. They told him that he would “have to come back later” to pick up the sandwich. Obviously, that’s ridiculous so he left. I called the store to cancel the order after not being able to cancel it from the app and they said they couldn’t cancel it. The app doesn’t give you a phone number to call when something goes wrong. They just give you this Chat bot that is less than helpful. So I didn’t receive a sandwich that I paid for and still have not been refunded. I will not be ordering from here again and Subway needs to fix their app!!

Horrible subway. Ever gone to a place had a great experience, food meets expectations, and the workers friendly. This place is the opposite of that. Horrible experience, food barely had protein and the employee just seems annoyed I came in. Clearly she didn’t want to work, rushed to make the food, two scoops of chicken for a ft long which is what they do for a 6 inch. Extremely rude I wasn’t faster so they could get back to their phone. If I ever go back to this subway which I probably won’t if that employee is working I am walking out. Will say the place looked clean but something tells me this employee didn’t help with that.

This is the third time (out of 3 order dates) that the sub has been swimming in mayo and honey mustard. The bread, the wrapper, and (now soggy) vegetables, are completely saturated. It was not ordered with anything “extra”. The sandwich was hard to even pick up, much less bite off a piece. I don’t know about you, but I like to taste the vegetables and the turkey, but all flavors are simply lost in this mess.
$17.28 down the drain. This is the third pick up order that has been this way.

They put less meat on than other stores. They are also very rude if you ever ask them a question. I’m never going back to this subway. The other subway in the area are much better or go to the Jersey mikes down the street or the potbelly subs.

This is the nicest subway I have been to! The staff was on point and make excellent fat subs! Like o couldn’t have made it better myself. They were super kind and kept the entire place fresh and clean. I have a family of 6 and we all order differently a lot of subways we get slight attitude but not here. 10/10 recommend this one!

Horrendous customer service!
I ordered a veggie wrap and wanted a plastic container (empty bowl) so I could eat it in the bowl. The lady behind the counter told me she cannot do it and that it will cost me $10. You charging $10 for an empty plastic container tells me that you guys charge for every single napkin too. What a greedy and embarrassing way of running a restaurant let alone a business. Shame on the owner for not training the staff properly and shame on the staff for being greedy penny pinchers.

Worst experience at a restaurant anywhere. Arriving 20 minutes before closing, and we were treated rudely at every possible step, and told they would be closing. After we made our purchase, we sat down to eat with 10 minutes… plenty of time to eat a 6 inch sub. We were reminded again that they were closing. I told them yet again I understood. The male employee then proceeded over the next 10 minutes to motion as if he wanted to put chairs on tables, turn off the ‘Open’ sign… just crazy. I kept an eye on the time, and left at 9:30. As another customer was leaving, he said “they are really pushy here”. I responded how crazy it was and that there is another Subway less than 2 miles away. He left, but came back to inquire about the owner and when the owner would be there.

Stay FAR away! This location deserves to lose its franchise. Any and all complaints should be made here and to corporate.

I brought my grandchildren, my wife, and my mom there. The people working there were extremely nice and very patient with a large group. They smiled the whole time and even brought napkins to the table when we forgot. Through all the confusion of 4 kids and 4 adults, the order was perfect. I was concerned when I first got there that with only 2 people working, they would have difficulty keeping our order straight. But they worked efficiently and the quality was high. Five stars is not enough!

Difficult to place order when staff speaks very minimal English. The staff had no idea when I asked for. They pointed and shook their fingers and head. I asked if I could get change when I paid and was told”no change.” No salad dressings on the side, only dressed when prepared. This is absolutely no way to run any kind of business. I have zero plans of visiting any Subway again.

I got 3 sandwiches and had 2 coupons a older worker tells me I could only use 1 coupon and not to mention I was just there last week and used my free cookie coupon goes to show they just make up stuff, those people are so rude. I get home and the lunch meat was old and dry they will never get my business again.
