Katherine’s Bakery did my wedding cake and dessert table! It was an amazing experience with great communication from start to finish. We did an at home cake tasting and got to try all of Katherine’s goodies beforehand at two wedding shows. She also made churros with chocolate fountains which aren’t traditionally offered but she can literally do anything! Not only were the desserts delicious, they were so pretty and cute too! We had lots of compliments from guests about our delicious dessert table!

High prices for baked goods that I heard come in frozen off a truck. Unsure really what she makes from scratch…she will have a variety of items but knowing its not homemade and the high prices makes me not frequent here. I would rather drive an hour away than to buy from here. My boyfriend spent $15 on two Dubai donuts for them to be so messily made that I couldn’t even eat them and they were nothing like the picture shown on their Facebook. I wish Norway/Paris had an actual homemade bakery, maybe someone should look into taking that on!

The staff is always upbeat and polite, welcoming as soon as you open the door and very thorough with assisting you. The baked goods are always fresh, Devine and on point! Breakfast sandwiches are the best around, they don’t lack ingredients at all making them very filling and the smoothies are so fresh, perfect consistency and filling as well!
The bronuts, chocolate peanut butter pie, cake slices and Dubi cups are some of my absolute favorites to top it all off!

I really wanted to love this place <3 It is so cute, and has a great selection of breakfast options. We ordered a breakfast bowl with light cheese, and a breakfast wrap. I got tons of cheese, and a sandwich on white bread. The doughnuts were a little weird... chewy, but didn't taste uncooked, just doughy. The Boba Redbull with strawberry poppers was awesome, though.

Went in for the first time yesterday. Service was very nice, including the owner buying the donut my daughter choose and didn’t end up liking. So she could get another one. Food was fresh. They had alot of hot cocoa options. And we both tried different flavors. I did the strawberry white hot chocolate (it had fruity pebbles on top of some whipped cream) and my daughter got the smorexplosion. They were both very good. They had lots of “dirty soda” options and other flavored drinks. There was alot of different pies available also. Pricing was reasonable.

Absolutely love this place! We get breakfast sandwiches often from here but the icing on the cake (pun intended) was when my wife ordered a custom cake for my birthday! I’m not into extremely sweet cakes so Katherine made a lavender and Earl Grey tea cake for me and it was phenomenal! The staff is always welcoming and personable when we go in, I would highly recommend a stop in for either the sweets or the sandwiches! The Bethel is my favorite, but I always ask for it to be made with turkey, which they happily accommodate! Can’t get enough of this cute little spot in Norway!

My husband and I took a trip to Katherine as we heard about the location from friends. We We arrived. The first thing that caught my attention was the sign supporting people getting sober and hating off to you for providing people with such a powerful and heartfelt message. I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered the location and also did breakfast. I had the classic breakfast sandwich on a buttery croissant with bacon, and my husband had the frenchie. We also got a bunch of pastries and coffee. The breakfast was outstanding, the donuts were fantastic and the specialty Coffees were huge and delicious. This place is a must try!!

I booked Katherine’s bakery for my wedding without ever trying her pastries first. She was quick to respond to my emails. Without ever meeting her, she delivered and set up our dessert table and it looked beautiful. I can’t explain how happy I was when I saw the amazing work she did. Your girl knows how to make a good cheesecake !!

1st time visitor before a road trip up north. The breakfast sandwich was huge. I swear it had 3 eggs but said it only had 2. Lots of yummy bacon and cheese too.
Now to the sweet treats. Oh boy I have the biggest sweet tooth you will ever find. The whoopie pie was great but the bronuts are to die for. Have had the S’mores and Mint ones – delicious. Also tried the peanut butter truffles- yummy.
Great parking lot, staff is always awesome.
They offer dinners too to take home and heat up. Haven’t tried them yet but will as soon as we can.
They always have an abundance of cupcakes, donuts & parfaits.
Stop in I hope you like it as much as we do.

I have had most of their menu. I haven’t found anything I do not like. I am munching a chocolate crossiant as I type. Had a bacon, egg and cheese on an asiago bagel before this.
The variety changes, but there are staples that are there. Donuts are constant, just different flavors are cycled in and out. Whoops pies, bismarks, turnovers, etc- same thing.
The espresso drinks are .
