The atmosphere was very nice and rustic and the staff was very kind but me and my friend got garlic bread with cheese and it somehow took 40 minutes to make that. The garlic bread was good nothing special and we got a pan pie which took about a little over an hour long to make was a half margarita and half ham and ricotta and let me say this as kind as possible the margarita slices were disgusting like not even edible there was no sauce literally soggy bread chopped tomatoes and cheese. The ham and ricotta was better than the margarita slices but I was just not digging the whole soggy pizza. For this place to claim they are a “PIZZERIA” should lose their pizza license. I have a picture of a comparison between what a margarita slice looks like (right) and the monstrosity I got (left). It was around $40 for two drinks a 14 inch pan and garlic bread. Not worth the time I wasted nor the money. If you want pizza go to dominoes you’ll get your moneys worth.

So, I’m a picky pizza eater. The only reason I ordered from this place, was because they made the pie the way I liked it, the last time I ordered. I also live right around the corner. I like extra sauce and a little less than half the cheese that they normally put on a pie. I ordered over the phone, told the extremely nice girl on the phone how I like the pizza and that they made it perfect last time. She gives me a price of $20.89 including tax. I sad great, see u soon. I go to pick up the pie, and the price is just under $23. So I asked why the price difference from what I was told over the phone? The nice girl told me, because it was extra sauce, a $2 up charge. I could tell the young girl at the counter had no control of this. So I ask the pizza maker, why are u charging me $2 for an extra ladle of sauce, when you just put 40% of the normal cheese? I’ve never ever been charged extra like this by any pizza place that ever tried to get the pie right. It’s not the matter of the money it’s the principal. I bit my tongue I paid it. I walked out to my truck and realized that I’m sick and tired of getting ripped off by retail businesses taking cheap shots with lame up charges for no reason. I can get a whole pint of sauce before to five dollars from the pizza place. so I couldn’t help myself I went back in. I asked the Pizza guy if he was the owner, he said no and I asked him, how could u charge me $2 for an extra ladle of sauce when your saving on the cheese. He couldn’t care less about my concerns, blew me off and said I don’t know what to tell you. As I walked away, the pie felt half the weight of a normal pie. I don’t like a ton of cheese and just rather have some extra sauce. he proceeded to say they’re the cheapest in town and I said no you’re not. Marinelli’s doesn’t charge me for extra sauce.. Marinelli’s is rated the best pizza place in town only it was a little bit of a further drive. This was complete bad business. The guy didn’t even address my concerns. I left with my tail between my legs.

This is such classic pizza. It came out hot and fast with such great flavor. The sauce has a raw sweetness and the crust had the perfect amount of crispy blisters. We had both the cheese and meatball pizzas, the cheese was stringy and the shaved meatballs were very flavorful. The appetizers were also incredible. The garlic knots are tender and hot, the fried ravioli are crispy and cheesy, the fried zucchini are very tender and flavorful, and the garlic bread was maybe the best I’ve ever had, it was crispy and SO salty; it was all delicious. The staff are so nice and almost too friendly, my grandma nearly shared a bottle of wine with our waitress. This is such a great family place and the food does not disappoint.

Pizza is in my top 5 best I have ever had. Every time I order from here the pizza is so fresh and they do not skimp out on the toppings. I love the specialty pies for this reason. Same price for other pizzas in the area yet so much better. Crust and sauce is amazing, everything great. Thank you!

Compliments to the chef! Picked up our order tonight and it was a big order. They didn’t forget anything or screw up any special orders. Everything was delicious. I highly recommend.

C.P. La Manno’s in Miller Place is a true local gem! Warm, cozy, and a classic. Their pastas, heroes, house salad, and pizzas are pure comfort made with love. Don’t miss the garlic knots, Marsala, and Francese!

The worst Sicilian pizza I ever had in my entire life…. What we got was literally a bunch of pieces of frozen Ellios pizza from stop and shop and half were with the cheese missing. Whoever is writing good reviews of this place either works there or is family. Avoid at all costs and use your oven for Ellios if you want “fake pizza”… my 4 year old son even said “this pizza tastes funny” … do yourself a favor, and avoid this monstrosity

I am so happy with my choice to hold my daughter’s baby shower at C.P. LaManos! When my family first moved to L.I
In 1970, “Have a Pizza” was a staple family restaurant of ours. Many happy memories. I wanted to share with the next generation. Michelle LaMano couldn’t have been more helpful to my sister & I, a nervous 1st time Grandmother. Michelle was so understanding & helpful. I’m so pleased with all the adjustments she made throughout the entire planning & preparation for my daughter’s special day.
She even posted a sweet sentiment on their street sign. Thank you Michelle & Staff for making this day a lovely success.
We had the shower in their front room. Lots of natural light in that room. We had 30 ppl. The food was very good, everyone had a good comment to share about their meals. The cake was a hit for all of us. We added colored linen table clothes & napkins to the package. We also went in early to hang baby clothes & flower to tables & window sils. The room was comfortable for everyone to move around, eat & socialize. We used the bar for gifts which was both spacious enough for gifts & added to the baby shower decor.
Our server was professional & friendly.
The Party Package was affordable for my budget. We had plenty of time from start to finish & never felt rushed. Also as important we all had fun,fun fun & it felt homey! Not like a sterile catering hall, with robotic staff & scheduling.

Ordered a regular 18 inch round cheese pie asked for well done . The pizza could not be more paperthin and floppy ! My finger literally pushed through the pizza as I picked it up. Horrible food at this location won’t be back
