I do not understand how the store has 5 people working but the drive thru and lobby has terribly long lines. The employees are extremely slow!! They make you wait in line a ridiculous amount of time before even taking your order. Something needs to be fixed because what they’re doing now isn’t working for the customers. Hire more people or get rid of this crew!!

Review update: Decided to stop by here again to try out one of the new drinks they came out with, “Peach Passion Fruit Refresher”. The drive through was rather slow once again. Once I got up there I asked for a water with extra ice. She then told me my total was $2.20, I handed her a gift card and she rudely replied with, “you don’t have cash”. I let her know I wanted to use the gift card first before paying the rest off. She then told me after the gift card my new total was “$2.87”, when I asked why it had gone up she replied with “you wanted a water”. Once I drove off I realized they also messed up my order and gave me the strawberry refresher which has absolutely no taste and is rather boring. This was overall one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been too and will not be returning.
Ordered from the drive through, although the line was fast the lady that was taking the orders was quite rude. I asked if she was ready and she yelled “wait”, another minute went by and she said she was ready. When I started to place my order she once again yelled and said “I’m not ready, wait”. All around unprofessional, as for the food it was pretty good. Ordered 2 bagels (sesame seed and plain) with cream cheese and side order of hash browns.

food is fine. they don’t really listen to special instructions (ie: light ice) here, often deliver the wrong donuts, but the employees are very nice and extremely fast (especially during the morning rush!!). my only real complaint has been seeing black fingernails on the drive thru worker today

Was going there just about everyday. One day order was wrong and when I called to give them opportunity to make it right, I got hung up on. Then turned phones off when trying to call back. Horrible service!!

I visited this store for the first time today. I visited after I first joined the Dunkin’ Donuts app. I wanted to enjoy buying doughnuts because there were offers that I could get. But I wasn’t used to finding offers on apps. I wanted her to help me with that. But she left me looking for the app and went to get another order. I was displeased. She treated her customers with a stern look until the end. Moreover, she had neither a smile nor kindness. It was a moment of disappointment with Dunkin’ Donuts. Chicago is a city of doughnuts. There are many donut shop in the same town. Should I visit Dunkin’ again with this feeling? It was a really unpleasant experience. I don’t want to visit this store again!!!!!!!! There was no kind of doughnut I liked, and the doughnut flavor was dry and bad. I think it was like an old donut.
Please don’t visit this store. You’ll have the worst experience and you’ll feel bad! Go to other donuts store!

The staff here are honestly miracle workers. I usually come to this location on the weekend before I go to work every time they have a crazy long line in the drive-through and have a line to the door inside. I’ve seen three workers max at this location yet they get my order out quick and it’s always correct and on top of that. They are very nice people. Meanwhile, the dunkin by my house will have eight workers and half the customers and you’ll be waiting triple the time you would be spending here. Hopefully the owners of this Dunkin appreciate their workers. ☕️

I have been there once, and had a really bad experience. Even though I was late work I waited for my order in line of drive thru for 10 minutes and after I opened my order, I realized that they havent followed my order instructions. I specifically ordered something with queso and NO BACON but I got no queso and bacon. They have to be more careful about these stuff due to dietary restrictions.

I am the only one in the store at 9:40 on a Monday morning and man….I have never felt so uncomfortable. Manager made it seem like they didn’t want me walking in the door, let alone ordering anything. Ordered a sweetened iced tea and received it with a quarter inch of settled sugar on the bottom. Had to sweeten it myself. Store was super clean and tidy, but holy crow, I could feel the daggers aimed at the back of my head. I work in food service myself and I hope I never make anyone feel as awkward as I did in this DD location today…
