Cute little cafe outside the Life Fitness Gym and looks to be on the very healthy side.
Staff was very friendly and had recommendations as to her favorites.
We choose the Caribbean Byrd Panini and the Chopped + Screwed with Grilled Chicken added.
Both were very good, and we have been back quite a few times since.

I stumbled upon this restaurant on Google maps and I’m so glad I did. I stopped in today for the first time while out and about and I loved it. What a great menu! I had trouble deciding what to order because I wanted to try everything on it!
Today I had the Parisan Byrd Panini and I added avocado. It came with a side – I chose their sesame coleslaw. The food was fresh and delicious. The restaurant itself is new and nicely decorated and it was spotless. The people who worked there were kind and friendly.
The restaurant is off Commerce Drive in the parking lot where Onelife Fitness is. I hadn’t noticed it before but I’m glad I saw it online! I will definitely be back and can’t wait to try their salads, breakfasts and other paninis and wraps. Yum!!!

This is a great restaurant! The ingredients are delicious and fresh, made with love. It has wonderful ambience and the owner is a beautiful soul, so kind and welcoming. I have tried the hummingbird salad topped with chicken and the Cali Byrd sandwich(I think that’s what it was called, similar to a turkey club)and my friend got a pesto Byrd sandwich. The slaw was yummy too, little pieces of what seemed like ramen in it which gave it a nice additional crunch! I can’t wait to go back to try the avocado toast and smoothies! I wish the restaurant well! We’ve needed something like this for a long time.

The food here is wonderful! The ingredients are fresh and used in innovative ways. I came here with my friends and we enjoyed tasting each other’s paninis and smoothies.
I got the Smoked Byrd and was pleasantly surprised at it being a cold panini, which makes perfect sense. It was a perfect sandwich version of a lox bagel!
The ambiance is lovely and blends contemporary and eclectic aesthetics beautifully. Isha has made the space feel fresh and vibrant.

My first and probably last visit. I ordered the Parisian and a Roasted Turkey, soup and yogurt bowl. The soup was good, as was the yogurt bowl. However the Parisian was made from leftover bread – a small end piece, and 3 other random pieces. None matched. Also there were 3 pieces of deli turkey. The other sandwich was made well. I was disappointed in the quality and lack of care for my sandwich, especially at this price. As a small business a high standard of quality is necessary to survive. Good luck.

I had a 5* review previously but I placed an order on Google Maps> Online Order and selected Doordash on 1/6. Went to collect, was told that my order was cancelled and I’d be reimbursed a they didn’t do breakfast sandwiches after 11am. So I ordered in restaurant for a different item. Fast forward I was charged for both. I guess I’ll go to the restaurant to talk about this.

Coming out of the gym, I had parked near Jungle Byrd Eatery, so I decided to try it. I had The Lox, which was very good, and the Seasonal Lemonade, which also hit the spot. Quite enjoyable!

I’ve grabbed food here twice now and it has yet to disappoint. Probably the best ham, egg, cheese sandwich I’ve ever had. Quality ingredients, cute decor, and the owner is incredibly sweet. Definitely recommend!

I really loved my smoothie and toast! I had The Lox and it was delicious. Just the right amount of spice with the red pepper flakes to give it that kick. Flavor off the charts!

I ordered the kale salad, which comes with a lemon garlic dressing, I didn’t like it and was charged a dollar to get ranch instead. I feel as a courtesy and to consider returning them loosing a dollar verses a customer wouldn’t have been such a bad idea. Brought co worker’s along but they also felt I shouldn’t have been charged
