This was my first experience with chicken Express, and i was pleased. The aroma in the store was delicious. I met someone for a businesslike discussion. The low noise level made conversation possible. An employee came twice to our table to ask if we’d like refills on our iced tea. Very friendly place.

I thought l love this chicken express it’s the only one l go to because I felt they were the best in town I went thru the drive thru for my number 1 tenders with a Dr Pepper I always check my food but l was rushing back to wk so l didn’t today I just knew it was on pointe because it always is except for today I called to let them know and she wanted me to drive back ova there on my break to replace my food or come back when I’m off wk really ma’am I can’t do that so with that being said if they mess up anything on your order it’s basically your fault and your responsibility to bring back old food to get new food you have 7days to keep old food to return back for new food or your money back no common courtesy at all of you having to go back to there store ‼️Chicken Express make to much money to act like you can’t be kind enough to value your customers when you guys mess up if you eat here check your food before you leave they don’t care at all and I actually thought this was the best one in town ‼️I don’t wanna hear I’m sorry be sorry enough to value your customer who paid for there food that was not correct this is so sad they just don’t care managers are the ones allowing this policy

I came to this place about 30-40 minutes before it closed, i was missing my jalapeño i ordered which i called them for and they said they’ll replace it. i go to bite in my chicken and it’s pink on the inside, i go to call back and no one answered which they were closed i understood that, i called the NEXT DAY to tell them about it to see if i could get it replace or even a refund and they said i needed to have the product in order to get it replaced, i informed him that it was the night before and that it was tossed in the trash and that i took picture of because why would i hold onto pink chicken?? i eat here often so it was kind of a surprise to me..

Overpriced for not letting you order what you want.
I tried to order the 7 piece chicken box with 5 spicy and 2 regular strips. Was told over and over again “no, we can only do all spicy, all regular, or half and half. Can’t do any other combination”. For near $20, I can just go elsewhere for better food and better service.

My church member and I stopped in on this past Sunday.
She ordered a meal and I ordered sides. It was her idea for us to stop in. It so happened to be my first time visiting this establishment. The cashier was nice and very friendly. She didn’t mind sharing her smile with us. Which I liked. She was also patient enough while we checked our order for accuracy. I got coleslaw and fried corn bites. The corn bites were delicious and definitely different. She got tenders, fries, a sweet tea and fried corn bites. As far as I know she had no complaints about her food. I would go back to visit them again.

Food is great. However they failed to give me my full order of tenders for the 7 piece. Unpacked at home for dinner and found they didn’t include all the tenders. Called the store said I needed to drive back and show them. I said I could send them a picture that I’m not driving all the way back and they said policy policy policy. Ridiculous.

Half the lobby closed at 715 pm. Cashier Jakayla doesn’t like her job. She wouldn’t speak up. Very rude. Wouldn’t suggest anything. Didn’t get our drinks. Looked just bothered that we showed up. Then all 3 orders were cold chicken strips. This girl is just standing at the register while everyone works around her. Team lead should have control over staff. Awful staff. Fix it or you’ll end up like church’s chicken in town or long John silver. Customer service is everything
