Even single time we eat here the chicken is either cold , hard or we are missing half our order…… and let’s not even bring up when you have to bring the food back and you receive a nasty attitude like how dare you bring back our nasty hard food ! Geez my wife ordered me a chicken bowl because it sounded good and guess what not a single piece of chicken in this darn bowl please explain to me how hard is it to make food right please do better kfc and this apple location is a absolute joke …. then after taking the chicken bowl back because again no chicken we have to wait almost 15 minutes they hand us the back or I should say basically threw the bag at us and this is what we waited for ….

We went into this location and one of the employees had one of the BEST attitudes I’ve seen! He was enthusiastic and kind! And when I left my backpack they even put it in the office until I could come back to get it! This guy is awesome and I hope he gets some praise if not something better!

Wish I could give it no stars. Not only did they make us move around to the front to wait even longer. Then the driveway was blocked to get out by the crowd rushing to Kfc for dinner. The Chicken was dark like nothing I ever seen at a fast food place. Potatoes were old, fries were cooked in the same old oil. which was a $2.00 “Upcharge”. This was at the Apple ave location in Muskegon, MI

The food always smacks when I eat there. Then the people are quick and so kind especially the manager the very very tall one. He always has a big smile and a cutie pie. It’s always clean when I go in as well so sometimes I may even eat there as well. 10/10 highly recommended.

The chicken tenders were dark, hard and obviously burnt. I can’t comment on the taste because I wouldn’t dare put one in my mouth. Drove all the way back and the manager tried to tell me they looked like that because of the pepper in the seasoning they used. Seriously. Funny, the fresh ones I received looked like real tenders.

Food was sooooo good, fresh, and the chicken was just the right amount of crispiness. Atmosphere was fantastic, employees were in such great spirit especially the store manager, so bubbly and HILARIOUS. DEFINITELY will be returning soon.
