This is the closest location to where I stay and I’ve never stopped by I don’t know why. The sandwiches we got were very well made but that’s not the best part of this place, it’s the customer service. The 3 employees that were there were super friendly and very professional! I’ve always said that’s what makes a regular place stand out! Great job you guys, I will definitely be back around the same time next time I go to catch the same people working.

This Subway is terrible I ordered the new new Bella mozza sub online. When i got it they forgot to put the cheese on so I went back and they put shredded mozzarella. the ad says fresh mozzarella not shredded mozzarella. And I wish I could say this was the 1st time they got my order wrong. 6 moths later and 3 of my last 4 order were wrong. Better off going somewhere else.

The Eastern Indian lady that worked yesterday morning 1-7-23 she just threw my sandwiches together. When she wrapped them i had to ask her to rewrap them cause the sandwich wasn’t wrapped correctly. Then she mixed my sandwiches up i asked her which was which and she told me wrong.. She was rushing me. I had to ask her to slow down. Maybe she isn’t a morning person. I’m going to for her to get better with her service. Over all the sandwich was good!!!!

*Side note* I passed the subway on 79th and Halsted first so I stopped there and I was NOT happy at all! Rude and food didn’t look fresh so I left and I’m glad I did! Always follow your gut!

The worst experience ever. I will never go to this Subway again. The lady behind the counter was verry rude. She started to make my sandwich then stopped to take cash. She never took her gloves off. Then cam back and started to fix my sub. She never changed her gloves after she toched the cash. I told her that I didn’t want it. So she took the stuff off my sub and put it back into the containers for the next person. If you do decide to go here do it as a risk to your health
