11/6 I ordered two sausage egg and cheese sandwiches on croissants. I have ordered this a few other times in the past so I was really looking forward to getting to my destination and eating my sandwich and sharing the yummy goodness with my sister. Unfortunately, when we both opened our boxes we were beyond disappointed to see what was inside. It looked like the cook gave us scrapes of someone else’s eggs they didn’t eat and the cheese was missing. Talk about disappointing and staff not caring about the quality and quantity of the food that is being served. I would love to be refunded for my sandwiches as they were a complete flop!

I went by there with my cousin today and tried a coffee sample. I immediately ordered an iced coffee. Im not normally motivated to do so by any sample. Friendly service. Great coffee. Nice atmosphere. I highly recommend it. I’ll definitely be going back.

The sandwiches were excellent and came out quickly- I got the Club. Yum yum!
The coffee took a very long time to get and was just so-so. I’m not a huge fan of the espresso machines they use.
Very friendly people there though, great atmosphere. Seemed very understaffed when I went on a Saturday though.
Would I go again? For the sandwiches yes, but I’d go elsewhere for my coffee.

The staff was extremely sweet and helpful! And I got a red bull fusion and it was amazing! Normally at other places it is too syrupy but they made it perfect! I also got a burrito and it was the perfect breakfast combo! Will be here every morning now!

What an adorable little place to come I thought. Aside from the moderate inconsistency of the items and sudden kitchen closures, things were pretty good. I went in 2/wk to get the exact same thing. I called yesterday to place an order to go because my husband doesn’t like to wait for anything, and these days that’s is pretty standard. In fact I don’t think that I have ever encountered a food service company that didn’t allow order ahead. I make my call and ask to place an order to go. The young brat that answered the phone proceeded to get an attitude immediately with me “ we can’t take orders over the phone” no explanation of any kind. I proceed to tell her I’m a regular and she snobbily said let me ask my manager. So a guy I have seen before maybe 20 years old gets on and proceeded to tell me they don’t offer that, also that I should feel special that he would allow it once. Wow thanks for all the appreciation for patronizing you all this time. What a great manager. Then says I gotta order online from now on. Not kindly either. After both the girl and the guys horrible attitude I cancelled the order. I said forget it. The girl started pleading with me “no no no” but at this time, the damage was done. I think this establishment has gross ideas of what customer service is and means. These days you walk in to this empty establishment, they are on the phones, they can’t to this , oh , you have to place you’re own order online…..heaven forbid they have to do anything at work. This establishment and those alike is why I think these youths are so incredibly entitled these days. They want everything for doing absolutely nothing. They want respect but they can’t give it. Even if they are on the clock. I can understand offering orders online but I have never had anyone tell me hang up and order online, and with a churlish attitude non the less. I think that this business is quite backwards and should make adjustments to their protocol as well as re train their employees who obviously need it. I imagine the owners are a direct reflection of how this staff acts otherwise why would it be allowed that they conduct themselves in a brash manner? As the multi millionaire I am , having traveled the entire world and able to have anything I could want , I have experienced rough establishments in my travels with people that couldn’t understand the importance of class and good service, but I certainly wouldn’t go back to these places. Funny enough it’s usually the younger generation without any brains, or sense. Just at work scrolling through feeds and ignoring customers. This owner is doing them a great dis service as well. If these people want to be able to live a successful life they need to learn how to act appropriately at work and run the business that pays the bills. It’s that simple. You are there to help customers, not to lord over them. I told them I wasn’t coming back, and I mean that. 60$/wk is gone for them. 60$ /wk that adds up to 2,880/ year. and eventually you upset too many ppl , you’re gonna be shutting you’re doors. I’ll be laughing. Hard.

I’ve been here 3 times in the past 2 weeks & I’ve been happy every time the first visit, I got a strawberry matcha & a blueberry muffin. 2nd time – avocado toast & a strawberry mocha. & 3rd I just got an iced mocha.
My favorite drink has been the strawberry matcha BY FAR. & I thought the avocado toast was SO good. So flavorful & filling.
& I thought the service was great. Everyone has been patient & kind.
I plan to try more drinks soon , for sure.

Staff is sweet but it took 30 min for our coffee and food. We spent $35 and we were given a breakfast burrito that was all tortilla, salsa, and sour cream. Almost no eggs or sasuage. I had 1 square piece of pepper. Not what was advertised. Sour cream and salsa is provided on the side. There’s no reason to fill those up in the burrito and short the ingredients that matter. The waffle is inedible. It is straight flour flavor.

This place is empty about 90% of the day. Works for me, I have a nice spot to work some emails or take calls/webex meetings. Coffee is great, not bitter nor gritty. Customer service is nice.

Let’s sandwich this up nicely. The employees are great. Very sweet help. The food…mediocre at best. I ordered the breakfast burrito. And it tastes like Tostitos salsa and premixed eggs. Don’t forget the fake cheese. My friend had the chicken salad croissant. An okay size but far too expensive for something obviously mass produced. Maybe I’m wrong but the quality for price is ridiculous. Do better. If I knew I was getting this quality I’d have gone to Cracker Barrel for more food and half the price. The coffee is fine. I’ve had worse. But not impressed. That wasn’t the best sandwich.

Cute modern coffee shop with great and friendly service. Good menu variety. I got a frappe and enjoyed it. I also got an egg and cheese croissant and it was just ok. Prices seemed on the high side. But that is a company issue, the employees were excellent.
