We ordered 2 hoagies and for the 2nd time in a few months we were served stale Italian rolls. I ordered a chicken salad sub and there wasn’t any chicken salad on the roll. We were extremely disappointed. In addition, there were no surveys to complete. It seems Wawa is more concerned about building more Wawa’s instead of the quality at existing Wawa’s. I wish Sam’s Sub Shop in downtown Kennett Square was open later in the day. Their subs are outstanding.

Great Wawa location. Easy access off of rt 1. Tons of snack and beverage offerings. Many many options. Easy parking even if you don’t get gas. Staff is very friendly.

I was on an out of town trip and stopped to this Wawa. My son and I got two handcrafted drinks from the deli section. They were made quickly and were absolutely delicious.

First time this morning ordering on line. I needed help how to navigate paying using gift cards that were on my app. A very nice gentleman at the register did it so fast with a smile. I then went to the pickup area and there was my order. Not only was it done but someone came over and gave me a carton to put my 3 drinks in. Overall it was a pleasant experience from the moment I went in til I left. Place was very clean and stocked. Will definitely be going back.

Typically service at this location is great, but earlier I asked my sister to buy me a burrito bowl. When she gave me it, I found that there were no toppings except for the sauce. I checked the receipt and it said the order included these toppings, so I am confused as to why they weren’t added. They may have been out of the toppings, but I feel like that should have been indicated somewhere, or they should have told my sister when she picked it up. Hopefully this was just a mistake, as I hope I won’t have to find another place to get food 🙁

I usually have no issues with Wawa but upon going to this location a week ago, I will rarely step foot inside this location again. I would much rather drive an additional 15 minutes away to go to a nicer location. The manager (I assume because of how she yelled at everyone) was the rudest lady I have ran into. I attempted to make a purchase at the self check out and tried to use a coupon. I was not aware you could not use coupons at the self checkout. She came over to me and said, “you can’t use coupons here”. So I apologized and told her I did not realize that. She then got in my face and pointed to the banner around the terminal, “can’t you read?”. Excuse me but what the hell. How dare you talk to your customers like this. The comical part is she pointed to the card and app only verbiage on the board, not the small area to the side that said no coupons. She then told me I needed to go to the check out line and proceeded to walk around the to the registers. So I naturally followed her and she said she would not help me and then pointed to go to another cashier. Okay, sure. So I walked to the other cashier who had to move his register closed sign. He begins to attempt ringing me out, only to be rudely interrupted by her again. “Stop, you have to do it like this” and proceeded to get in his face and start tapping away on his register. I felt so bad for him because I can only imagine what it is like to work with such a rude manager on the daily basis. As I’m standing there, finally paid and waiting for my food, she then proceeded to yell at the food prep area about orders while standing in the cashier area. I do not understand how Wawa allows this behavior. I called the Wawa corporate line to report this incident and they told me it would be escalated to their General Manager. I hope they do something about it. I know I won’t be visiting this location for a long time.
