A very cozy place with a good variety of dishes and fair prices. The food was delicious; I ordered roasted meat, which came with a side of salad and beans. The portion size was just right for an adult. The service was excellent. For a complete lunch, including a drink, taxes, and tips, you’ll spend around $20 to $25. Overall, a great experience. Recommended!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The food was Terrible. I went for lunch to order pupusas, arroz con leche, and flan. The pupusas had NO cheese or beans at all it was mainly just plain tortilla. Their arroz con leche was basically a cup of milk, and their flan smelled horrible like wet dog. The only thing I actually liked was they’re horchata. The prices are also wayyy too high for the quality of their food. Definitely do not recommend this place to anyone & I will not be going back.

This is supposed to be a Salvadoran restaurant and one of the basic sides for Salvadorans is tortillas which I did not receive they took more than half an hour to make my food only to have old salad missing lemon and avocado , and beans with no flavor. Not even sour cream on the side

$72 is what I paid for 1 soup and 2 carne asadas. And by the way you get charged every refill. And if it’s over 50 you’re forced to pay tip even if their service didn’t match your expectations

I ordered a Lomo Saltado to go and it smelled like fish with 5 strips of meat. I should have opened it when I picked it up but trusted the lady. I was in a rush because my aunt was at the hospital. I called and the lady told me to go back and get a refund. I can’t go back and forth.
If they can’t get it right the first time…what’s the point?
I am never going back there again…better to starve than eat there and definitely don’t recommend it.

This place used to be very descent and the food used to be amazing, specially their “tacos al carbon”. I went there last week for lunch and came out completely disappointed. I ordered the chicken tacos al carbon with no onion and also had a beer, why not, it was Friday and it had been a long week, plus the place was fairly empty of customers. So here is what ruined my lunch completely:

1) Tacos came out pretty lame and the tortilla was all saggy/ falling in pieces

2) I requested my tacos with no onions…but I guess the pico/ tomato sauce that came on top of the meat already had onion mixed in and the cook probably or most likely thought that it would be a good idea to remove the onion and I wouldn’t notice…well I did taste it actually and it was bad!!!

3) The waitress offered my a 2nd beer…again it was Friday around 1-2pm…so I figured why not!! I finally ordered the bill and realized right away that the beer was $6/ bottle…. YES $6 a bottle…so I ended paying more for the two beer than the actual lunch. I honestly forgot when the last time was that I was charged that much for single/simple beer.

So last time I went to this place must of been about 5-6 years ago… and had nothing but great experiences! I don’t know if there’s new ownership or it was just a bad day…but I doubt I’ll be back any time soon.

This place is a great location with authentic fun Central American music. Friendly place comparado a otros :). Water is bottled is why I gave 4 stars. I’d rather have a pitcher and pay a buck or two and not litter. I will be back here to try other things. Park and cheese papusa was great.

The food is good. I love the pupusas. The problem is they practice “gringo pricing.” If pupusas are $1.75 each and I order three and a Sprite, my final shouldn’t be $9.01. After getting “I don’t understand what you’re saying” looks and repeating myself, I get “oh, that’s an old menu.” Well, that worked when I went there three months ago, not a valid excuse now. Got me twice, there won’t be a third time.
