I went with a group of 5 on a friday night when only one employee appeared to be working. She did a great job getting our sandwiches out quickly and was very friendly. She even asked us if we needed napkins, which was thoughtful of her. As you can see in the picture, my sandwich is a little messy, but it tasted great nonetheless. It met all my expectations of a good Subway⭐

I ordered my sandwiches online and when we got home to eat them they were so burnt and hard as a rock that we could not eat them. I kindly called and asked if could bring my sandwich back up to have it remade or if I could get a refund. The lady said she didn’t know and that she would have to call a manager. I waited 20 minutes to no return phone call so I called again to check in on it and the guy said the lady was still on the phone with the manager 20 minutes later at that point I asked if I could just get a refund and he stated he can’t personally do that. The attitude was horrible and l have yet to receive a phone call on how to handle this situation. Very disappointing as we live in battlefield and love to eat there.

I ordered online, picked up in person. I was kindly greeted and told to have a great day when I left. My sandwich was exactly how I wanted it. I was impressed to notice a worker not just wiping the tables off but also wiping all parts of the chairs off too. Great place, will definitely go again.

I went in today to buy some lunch for my wife and I, she usually orders tuna but only if it’s been made fresh/recently. I asked the young lady, sapphire when it had been made and she told me she had made it this morning. My wife had me call the store because it didn’t sit well with her, only to find out it expires tomorrow. My sandwich was great but they aren’t honest about how fresh their food is.

We ordered one foot-long sandwich, 2 6inch sandwiches and one of the pretzels with cheese sauce. I’m not sure what has happened to Subway or this one in particular, but the food was terrible. No flavor whatsoever. And the pretzel? I could’ve beaten a burglar to death with it. Hard as a rock And I really can’t tell you about the flavor because I couldn’t bite it. For the amount of money they charge now, this is unacceptable.

This place is a joke. I ordered online and was a few minutes early. The old guy behind the counter snapped at and was very rude towards me because I showed up early. What he was not expecting was me to give back that same kind of energy!!! Not my fault he chose the sandwich artist career and hates his job.

To the manager of this location you have two very unfriendly girls working for you. They both were young and had dark hair. I went to this subway on 26 August around 1130 to 1145. I was the only customer there.I was completely ignored even when I said hi. When I went up to the counter neither one of them made eye contact with me. The girl never even asked me what I would like, never smiled, never even said hi or good morning.When she finally does look at me I had to ask her if she was ready she just slowly nodded her head like she was irritated. I still tried to be friendly because I don’t know what her story is and I know it sucks to work on weekends, I did it for years. I would have never gotten away with being so unfriendly like these girls were at least the one who made my sandwich. When I checked out she just walked away, no thank you, no have a great day, nothing. I understand if it was after church let out and they were super busy but I was the only customer there. I’m only giving it two stars and not one because my sandwich was OK even though later on it did make me and my husband sick. I don’t plan on going back to this subway. I’m sure these girls won’t last very long anyway. My husband said he sees someone different every time he goes in. If the manager would read these reviews and teach their employees how to treat customers people wouldn’t have to write these bad reviews which I do not enjoy doing! I know customers can sometimes be difficult but when somebody greets you and smiles, says hi good morning you do the courtesy of smiling back and say good morning. It isn’t that difficult.

The girl who waited on me today was working alone and the store was packed not to mention the online orders pouring in. Her co worker was late coming in and she not only kept her composure but she kept A smile on in A situation I’m not sure I could have especially since several people in the store were very rude impatient and didn’t have much nice to say. Just bitter people! But Abby was her name and I received wonderful service from her not to mention one of the best subway sandwiches I’ve personally ever had. Keep up the hard work young lady it is being noticed.
