They messed my order up and never offered to fix it. I called back the next day to talk to the manager and tried to correct it with a free credit for the order and to use it within a month. I called back two weeks later and tried to explain it and the employee hung up on me. The pizza was literally raw dough. Most unprofessional establishments I’ve ever seen.

Last night was New Year’s Eve and it happened to fall on Wednesday night and if you know anything about Pizza Hut that’s Wing Wednesday. So on top of being open until midnight on New Year’s Eve these workers also had to deal with it being one of the BEST nights of the week to order wings. I called the store earlier in the night to verify what time the store was open until and I received great customer service. The woman on the phone said “she looked forward to taking my order later”. The fact that I still felt encouraged by a worker to place an order on what was to be one of the busiest nights of the year says a lot about the standard of customer service upheld by this restaurant. When I arrived around 11pm the store was slammed to be expected. However, the wings that I received from this location during this rush were probably the best I ever had up to this point and I order them frequently on Wednesday’s. The young male manager who prepared and processed my order of Spicy Garlic Wings did a PHENOMENAL job. The sauce is what makes these types of wings and without even having to ask for extra sauce I received the perfect wing to sauce ratio that I was looking for. I feel that my overall customer experience went above and beyond especially given the context of the situation. Great job and special shoutout to the team of workers who worked the New Years Eve shift last night. You guys really knocked it out of the park

Usually the pizza is very good at this location but tonight it was trash! The hand tossed was nasty, tasted like dirty dish water. One of the thin crust pies was missing 2 of the 3 toppings and the other thin crust was cold and rubbery. 3 adults and pictures are what is left and will be thrown out. Waste of money. They have lost all of us as customers today.

On 12/22/25 around 3:00 PM, I placed an online pickup order at this Pizza Hut. When I arrived, I was told by the only female employee working that it would be “a few minutes,” so I sat down and waited.
While waiting, both myself and another customer watched this employee put her fingers in her mouth and then touch her hair, before continuing to handle food. The other customer warned her that she needed to wash her hands before touching anyone’s food. The employee responded that she was “about to go home and shower,” said her manager wasn’t there, and made it clear that it didn’t matter — with no intention of washing her hands.
When I spoke up and said that it absolutely does matter because I paid for my food, the employee became hostile and aggressive. She repeatedly tried to involve the other customer and then escalated the situation by threatening me, saying she would “beat my ass” and that she didn’t care about the job.
I immediately left without my food and will be demanding a refund. To make matters worse, the only other employee present was wearing pajamas and appeared completely unaware of what was happening.
Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. Every time I’ve come to this location, it has been understaffed, chaotic, and poorly managed, and it often feels like it’s being run by children with no supervision. There are serious issues here with hygiene, professionalism, and basic customer safety.
I strongly recommend avoiding this location altogether.

Props to these employees. Long story short I ended up with the wrong pizzas. I called and the dude who answered immediately told me he’d fix it and that I could come get the right ones. I know he was just doing his job but it was seriously just nice to be met with “hey I’m sorry, let me fix that. ” Compliments to the crew there

Placed an order in advance for a business meeting. Pizzas never arrived. When I called the store, Jerry the shift supervisor said he could not locate the delivery driver and also could not refund me as the general manager Ariana was not present. Completely unacceptable. Not only did I miss a considerable amount of time during the business meeting trying to locate these pizzas, I couldn’t even receive a refund before having to order food from a entirely different place.

Great food, awful service however. Was served by two girls who were smoking on the job who gave my pizza away to someone else (?!?) and had to spend an additional 15 minutes preparing me another pizza. Ridiculous

The worse pizza I’ve ever had. This is Extra Cheese, double pepperoni from pizza hut. The whole pizza was thinner than a popsicle stick. We will never go back. And there wings were 2$ a wing. Of course we didn’t order them, so I can’t tell you what they were like.

For the 2nd time we didn’t get all of the food we ordered. Ordered 16 boneless wings and only got 12 which 3-4 of them were not even 1/2 inch long total. Ordered double bread sticks only got 1 order that wasn’t cooked well and no marinara. Brisket pizza was good and the meat lovers didn’t have much on it. The crust on both pizza’s was chewy. Overall not a good experience.
