I don’t even feel that wicked good pizza deserves a star. I ordered a pizza it was so dried out and crispy that we couldn’t even eat it I called to talk to the manager and Anita said put it in your garage and next time you come bring it with you and we’ll bake you another one. She wouldn’t even offer a substitute. Very disappointed have been going there for years will not return

I bought 5 meals the portions were small they forgot to make a meal. The cashier i had was very nice and knew what she was doing( as for the rest of the staff i have questions) the food was below average at best. That experience may sour me from making trips to there again.

I’m used to a higher quality of service from the Turning Stone brand. Long wait, small selection, forgot our food till I went seeking it out, dry chicken. I wouldn’t go here again. Overpriced too.

Ordered takeout ahead of time and wasn’t told until we showed up for pickup that what we ordered wasn’t something they make anymore so they hadn’t made any of our order. They said they would try and make what I ordered from memory (without asking what it was I actually wanted) and I had to wait an additional 15 on top of the 30 we had called ahead on. Staff wouldn’t acknowledge anyone waiting for pick up. When I opened the pizza they tried to make it wasn’t anything like what I wanted but at that point I was over them. Cost was much higher than anticipated and the food was nowhere near “wicked good.”

We’ve ordered here maybe 3 or 4 times hoping it would get better but that hasn’t happened. Not once has our order been correct, and when we brought it to their attention we were told “we’re doing our best”.
While waiting for our order we decided to get an antipasto salad to enjoy during our wait. They never even made it at all, didn’t even come with our somewhat completed order. When asked why we didn’t get the salad first as requested, we were told “the chef didn’t feel like making it yet”. Who are they to decide when we can have the salad that we paid for?? It’s quite ridiculous.
It doesn’t matter if they are busy or not, they can’t seem to get the concept of making what we ordered, the way we ordered it, and in any kind of timely fashion. Spoke with a manager who was very unhappy that we have had an ongoing problem with this place. We definitely will NOT be returning to this so called pizza place. They need to hire folks that can handle the business and that actually care about the product they are making.
