Although there was one person in the store, I found the service he provided to be exceptional. He was a little quiet but made our orders exactly how we like them. To note, this store doesn’t except coupons which was a shame but the guy was nice and gave an employee discount to our order because we bought coupons. If we are in the area, we would definitely stop in again!

This is the second time that I have went to the Subway in Chatfield. On 10-27 at 6:56 I went into to order my sandwich the gentleman who has now helped me both times is extremely rude. Doesn’t say a word to me not a hey, hi what can I get you no please or thank you both times now. I don’t know what his deal was . He just was absolutely uninviting both times. He was wearing a green hat slightly blad with another gentleman working with him. Please talk to this person I didn’t catch his name . Thank you!

The service was horrible, I came in to get a footlong and when it came to getting my veggies, I asked him to load it up due to my pregnancy craving, he barley put any toppings except for lettuce, I was very unsatisfied! Passing thru Chatfield, stopped to grab lunch and use the bathroom. Bathroom was disgusting and no paper towels…this was at 1130 am. Lady working was nice but the spinach and lettuce looked horrible. Worst Subway I’ve ever seen.

Overall the experience at this subway was very disrespectful. The two workers there as soon as we walked in rolled their eyes and gave some dirty looks. Then they kept doing it as we were ordering our subway. They were not careful with building our sandwiches. They were talking about personal stuff while we were there getting our food prepped and paid for. Overall carefree and disrespectful. I will never be using this subway again!
