When I got there my order wasn’t ready just yet, (got there early) while waiting Store Manager Kernnel Williams was conversating w/me (extremely polite) offered me a drink with my order at no cost, which I thought that was very nice of him. I am very pleased with the Customer Service, Food and attention I received. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store, Mr. Williams is the definition of GREAT Customer Service! UPDATE: After being on hold for nearly 30 minutes, i went to the location, brought back the cheese less pizza and the manager corrected the order with a huge, specialty made pizza and added wings and dessert! Definitely a huge plus when i assumed I’d be met with some teenagers working in a pizza shop. Kudos to the wonderful manager. Wish I’d caught her name!
Don’t bother ordering from this location. In the 2.5 years we’ve lived in the area, we’ve ordered from here a handful times. Each and every single time there’s a problem with our food. We don’t live far from the location and the first time we ordered, the driver delivered our food to the wrong address, 30 minutes away from the store. Most recently, we ordered The Works but somehow they forgot to add the cheese. My husband only noticed after eating a slice in a rush to put the kids down for bed. Called the store and waited 25 minutes to speak to someone and we ordered this on a Wednesday, not a busy weekend.

Ordered takeout a lunch pizza here in early October and the pizza was what I expected. It’s been many years since I had a Papa John’s Pizza and not much has changed. This location however was clean, service friendly, and my pizza was ready in 10 minutes. Give a thumbs up if the review or photos are helpful

Ordered online at 5:50 (one pizza with cheese and meat) – arrived in shop at 6:15 , pizza was not started yet – no explanation , pretty confused, just had to sit there for 15 min – I thought maybe I went to the wrong location like a dummy but apparently the pizza just had not yet been started even though the link that I received via email said it was ready.
No “my apologies”, no real explanation for what happened, no discount etc. Just an overall very low grade experience. Pizza is tasty of course but definitely not my normal Papa Johns experience unfortunately.

I order here all the time, I don’t usually complain even if my order takes forever or something is missing. It happens, I used to work at a Pizza place as well so I understand. My biggest pet peeve is that my pizza is never sliced right, it looks like geometry more than anything. Half the time I have to cut it myself to make the slices look better or to pull it apart easier. Y’all it’s not that hard to cut a pizza, please start cutting it the proper way. Overall the food is decent, I give 4 stars because Dominos down the street sucks.

The website sates that this Papa Johns will deliver to my address but the restaurant decided that it was not a place they wanted to deliver. They cancelled my order. They attempted to call and email but i was unavailable at work, hence why i placed an order ahead for my family for dinner. When i called in about the order the manager on duty was rude and acted like i should have just known that they don’t deliver our street. when i mentioned that it is inconvenient for the website to not mention that he rudely reminded me that “He DID try to call me.” It is no wonder that Papa Johns is losing business. I will not be buying Papa Johns anymore. There food is not good enough to deal with the Management that seems to constantly have a bad attitude. I have never gone to a Papa Johns and been treated well. If Corporate reads this at any level re examine your company if you want to survive.

DO NOT ORDER FTOM HERE. they messed up our order. We called right away. The woman manager told us we should of checked in the car and that it’s company policy that once it leaves they can’t fix it. We asked for a refund. She refused and then hung up on us. We called back, where she screamed at us that she wasn’t going to refund or remake the pizza. The pizza was not cooked, it was cold, and the whole order was wrong. Go elsewhere. We disputed the charge with our bank and contacted their corporate office as well.

July 9,2022: I have been a customer of the Papa John’s at Hillsmere Drive, Annapolis for over 8 years. This evening we order online and after 55 minutes we called to check on our pizza. The online app stated still processing. My husband calls to check on it ( we are hungry) and the man that answered told him to check on it on line. We told him it stated “still processing”; He told us ” you will just have to wait “. How much longer should we wait we asked and was told ” until door dash can get it to you”. The tone of his voice as rude. We again ask for a best guess as to the time and He told us, we will just cancel your order and he hung up on us.
I realize getting people to come to work is difficult, but there is no reason to be rude to customers who supported your business for years. Very disappointed. Will not order again.

I ordered the 3 topping large pizza with the 10 inch cheese deal online. When my food was delivered my entire pizza was cold. Called and spoke with the manager on duty at 612pm he said he’ll remake my pizza and deliver it in 30mins. An hour later still not delivered and we I called he never said anything about my pizza on it’s way or nothing. I asked for a refund because this is ridiculous and terrible service. I have to wait two days to speak with the General manager on Saturday morning. Poor service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On November 15,2018 This store added an unauthorized charge of 5$ on my debit card that I didn’t make and I have the copy of my receipt showing I didn’t authorize it. They told me to call Saturday November 17 to speak to the general manager for a refund for delivering me a cold pizza. They afford to bring another pizza in 30min but they didn’t deliver that pizza until an hour and an half later. That was cold as well. When I called at 940am November 17 The general manager didn’t address my concerns but brushed me off and said I’ll call you later. The service of this franchise is terrible and the way they conduct business. As well as stealing unauthorized funds from my card. I would like to speak from someone from corporate and my money back. I will be filing a claim through my banking institution for the theft that was committed by this Papa John’s Franchise
