Not sure how I missed this place, though it’s kind of hidden away in the Kroger parking lot. I love trying hometown diners, especially for breakfast, and this one was a pleasant surprise. Much bigger inside than the street view would imply and it has a comfortable Americana kind of atmosphere. Super clean (yes, the restrooms were spotless too). Servers were extremely friendly, attentive and made this first time visitor feel like a regular. Quite a large variety of menu items to choose from. I had the Denver omlete, with breakfast taters and an English muffin – it was cooked nothing short of perfection ! As it was late morning, the salad bar was prepared and looked great. I heard others talking about the Rueben sandwich – apparently it’s quite a tasty treat ! I’m looking forward to returning and trying that. If I had anything at all negative to say, it would be that the A/C was having a hard time keeping up with the unusual extreme 100 degree heat we were having that day. But honestly, that’s being real picky – and the extra stars I would have liked to give to the food and service would have easily made up for it.

I eat breakfast here often and it’s truly the best breakfast in town. Excellent omelettes and some of the best sausage gravy and biscuits. I also really enjoy the catfish dinner some of the best catfish I have ever had. The service is absolutely top notch! Alex is who usually waits on us on Friday nights and she is always excellent and very sweet!!

I got a steak and cheese omelette with Extra cheese add mushrooms. My first mistake was, I should’ve asked about the peppers and onions. They were diced in little squares and was a little bit under cooked for me. The steak was chewy and my omelette was a little wet. Not my best experience is for food, but I would give them another try with something else. If you are in the area, stop by and try them.

Actually this was my first time ordering out here and I was really wanting some catfish. So i ordered over the phone the catfish dinner and believe me it didn’t disappoint me. I got 2 huge pieces of catfish, perfectly cooked, slaw and fries. i had no room left for anything else.

Good food and fast service. Had an omelette french style, even though it was good, not a fan of the French omelette. Great waitress offered great service and kept my coffee cup full.
