We have been going to Acapulco’s for years – great food and atmosphere. The servers are always friendly and food and drinks arrive quickly. We both ordered a shrimp dish for our entrees and they were out of this world! We definitely plan to try more of the dishes on the menu on our next visit.

You know what’s bad? The fact that my take out order didn’t come with utensils nor napkins. I had to run down from my hotel room on the third floor and I was exhausted from all my travels.
You know what’s even worse? The fact they didn’t give me lime wedges with my taco order.
And you know what’s even worse than that? That I left a 5 dollar tip on a 19 dollar take out order.
Completely a waste of time. I was expecting a lovely evening of relaxation after eating some authentic tacos, but these guys don’t have their take out protocols and steps of service in place.
Btw, if you have intolerances or allergies, don’t go here. They don’t know what ingredients are in their food, and I feel that perhaps they thought I was a nuisance and purposely destroyed my experience by half assing basic etiquette.

I think average is as fair of a score I can give it. I’d give it a 2.5 stars if I could to make it really even. The chips and salsa were, Mexican restaurant average. Chips were warm which was I happy about, and the salsa was standard Mexican restaurant salsa. I ordered guacamole and they asked if I wanted the jalapeños, yes I wanted the jalapeños haha. The guac was too chunky for me, some people may like the chunky almost salad-like guac, I just prefer the thick creamy type of guac. So the guac is just……okay to me. Now let’s talk about the main course. I did your standard 3 tacos with steak. Came with rice and beans. The rice and refried beans are like ALL Mexican restaurants rice and refried beans, nothing special at all just the bland rice with the beans and a lil cheese on top. The tacos were………just okay again. The tortilla was nice and crispy, the onions and cilantro are…..onions and cilantro what more can you expect? Lmao. Now this is where I was disappointed, the steak was UNseasoned and dry. :(. I was begging for flavor. Dipping it in the salsa, putting lime juice on it, putting the chunky guac on it, it was just plain Jane. The service was just okay too, they did their job and that’s about it. If you’re looking to go to flavor town this place isn’t it. There are so many Spanish places within the 2 mile radius you can get that mouth watering experience with. If you want a standard bare bones basic Mexican restaurant experience, yeah this is it. If you don’t like seasoned food, this place is it. $32.18 of mid for me. Will I return??????…………nah I think I’ve uncovered this mystery. ON TO THE NEXT!!

Came here a quick bite to eat. Food was good and staff was friendly. Ordered a beef empanada and steak fajitas that’s came with rice and beans. Also ordered a jalapeno margarita. Staff brought out house chips and salsa to get us started.

Recently came here and ordered jalapeño margaritas, carnitas tacos and steak fajitas. The chips with house salsa were a nice start and the food came out rather quickly. Our server was friendly and prompt with service.

Visiting on biz. Wanted some good mex. Food is average. Didn’t satisfy my palate as I’m used to mex that’s not so bland. Guess it satisfies the local yocals. Thankful for the salt and pepper on the table. Ohh and… no free REFILLs on soft drinks so don’t come in thirsty. Even during happy hour? Really? $3.50 for a single glass of Pepsi.

The food is decent but twice in a row they messed up my order on uber eats. Both times they did not send fajitas and instead sent 2 orders of the taquitos (I did order one order). I double checked my receipt to make sure I ordered correctly and I did. I do not recommended ordering on Uber eats.

Went recently and the food and service were great! I used to come here 10 years ago when I worked in the area so it’s nice to know it’s still a great place! My favorite is the Chile Colorado. It was served pretty fast. The starter tortilla chips are great, and I highly recommend for dessert the apple burrito!

8 of us went for my grandsons birthday, . 20% gratuity was added on to total of check. We split the bill.on 3 credit cards. When the charge came through on our bank accounts ( all 3 of us) we had an extra $13.39 added onto our total. I called to inquire why , the manager was rude didn’t have an answer and told me I was looking at the wrong charge on my bank statement, and wouldn’t look into it. I’ll never go back again.
